Nicely furnished on 36 m², the apartment 'LEE' offers an immediate holiday feeling on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and now shines with new equipment. The Villa Demory is kept in a chic, historic Art Nouveau style and is in close proximity to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach (approx. 50 m away). The center of the sophisticated Timmendorfer Strand with various cafes, shops and restaurants is right at your feet.
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

2 rooms can accommodate 2 guests and a dog. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a large built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which can be used free of charge. There is also the possibility to use a dryer in the house for a fee.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with smart function invites you to exciting movie evenings. Free WiFi access is also part of the entertainment.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen! Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit gibt es ein paar Punkte. Das Sofa stand mitten im Raum, dahinter wurde offensichtlich nicht gesaugt. Generell erschien der erste Blick so, als wäre jemand während der Reinigung einfach weggegangen. Das Bad und die Wohnung grundsätzlich waren aber sauber im Sinne einer Zufriedenheit. Würde die Wohnung wieder buchen.

die Wohnung war klein, aber durch die helle Enrichtung und Fensterfront völlig ausreichend

Uns hat der Urlaub in der Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Lage, Nähe zur Ostsee, war super und auch der nahe Wald hat uns und dem Hund bei der anhaltenden Hitze gut gefallen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Beleuchtungssituation im Bad (Licht- schalter im Spiegelschrank). In der Küche war ausreichend Geschirr und die Spülmaschine ein Gewinn. Wir haben gern einfache 'Gerichte zubereitet Nur die wackelnde kleine Bratpfanne war nicht benutzbar.
