Disney area attractions: Close to all the Disney parks - just 15 minute drive to the Gates of Disney and the wonderful city of Celebration which has a lot of character and is great to explore. Other attractions like SeaWorld and Universal Studios are also an easy drive away. There is also great shopping to be found on International Drive with various malls and outlets.

Restaurants/Eating Out: There is a great selection of restaurants nearby including Millers Ale House at Champions Gate, Ovation at Deer Creek, or Texas Roadhouse on 192 are a few favorites! There is also a Publix Supermarket close by in case you decide to whip something up in the kitchen! There is also a Walmart about 25 minutes from the property.

Smoking is allowed outside only by the pool area ONLY. You will be charged an additional fee of $75 if it is found that there was smoking inside of the home.

Small gatherings are allowed, please be mindful of quiet times at 10pm.

No eating or drinking in the rooms.

Guests who use the grill MUST clean the grill after use or there will be an additional charge of $75.

Please treat this as your home. Guests are required to take out ALL GARBAGE before checkout and home should not be left dirty. If the home is dirty after checkout, an additional $100 fee will be charged.

Nice property

The property manager was very helpful. The home was clean and in a great location. I will say be sure to bring extra towels and wash clothes. I recommend this property.
