Come enjoy our beautifully redecorated and recently remodeled third-floor condo! This home away from home is tastefully decorated for everyone to enjoy the beautiful ambiance the Gulf of Mexico offers. Sit out and enjoy our famous sunsets or sit with a cup of coffee while entranced by a one-of-a-kind sunrise. When you book this charming gem, you will be granted access to the resort's beach and water sports activities, a private beach with access to a beach chair to rent (this is not included), a large outdoor pool, shuffleboard, and open parking.

Southwinds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. The complex itself has had a complete remodel as of 2020. The complex is across the street from the Gulf with amazing views and a public access point making it a very short walk. The location of this beautiful complex is amazing! Located on the quiet west end it is only two miles away from Pier Park, which offers restaurants, shopping, amusement park, movie theater, and more! It's right next to an outdoor amphitheater that offers free concerts on Thursday nights and down the road is Frank Brown Park. Come get away from all your cares and join us at Southwinds H12!

During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice place

Enjoyed our stay! This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in Southwinds. Tons of beach toys in the outdoor storage area. Also keurig and coffee maker available, although not listed.

Good price, VERY spacious, but some cons.

Pros: >Close to the ocean. >Pool was heated. >A short drive to the Walmart. >Kitchen had most everything we'd need. >Free parking. >Some starter things such as a single use laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent was there. >Second bedroom had a comfortable bed. Cons: >Constant smell of marijuana. Like, it was intense over the weekend. Don't get me wrong, I don't care that much about people partaking, but what happened to discretion? The constant overwhelming smell day and night every. single. day. was not great. I'm assuming that's why there was police parked out in the parking lot for one day of our stay. >Pool had a lot of stuff floating in it, didn't seem it was maintained every day. If you had goggles on you could see the jelly like white stuff in the water everywhere. Definitely shower afterwards. >No access to the indoor clubhouse and sauna. >Washing machine needs to be replaced/repaired - it makes crazy sounds as it comes to the end of the spin cycle. >No blankets. So, none in the living room, no extra blankets in the bedrooms. The beds only had a thin blanket over them - no comforters. I turned the air way way up to compensate. >The master bathroom doesn't lock. >Master bed was full of sand in the mattress and it was SO BOUNCY. It needs to be replaced - it wasn't comfortable at all. >The back porch sliding glass doors kept going off the track making it near impossible to close. The guest bedroom seemed not to close to a seal all the way at the top.

Newly renovated and nicely decorated.

Very nice unit but property manager did not follow through with maintenance requests (broken bath fan and washing machine) in the two weeks we stayed.
