Comfortable house with great garden in excellent location

We loved our stay in this spacious, well-equipped house and garden with outdoor seating areas at three levels - sun and shade guaranteed - and plenty of comfortable chairs and loungers. We enjoyed the covered, heated swimming pool very much. The location, near the Diemelsee lake and not far from restaurants, shops and nice towns, is excellent. Walks through the beautiful landscape start when you step out of the front door! We have seen foxes and deer. Friendly and efficient owners, all in all a very pleasant experience.

Alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt (10 Übernachtungen) okay.Das Haus und Garten an sich sind sehr schön, das Poolhaus braucht ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, die Sauna ist klein und in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionsfĂ€hig.Die abgebildete GartenhĂŒtte konnte/durfte man nicht nutzen.Der Rest der Ausstattung war in Ordnung.FĂŒr fĂŒnf Erwachsene ist der KĂŒhlschrank etwas zu klein, sodass man jeden Tag einkaufen gehen musste.Aber man kann hier eine schöne, ruhige Zeit verbringen und die Seele baumeln lassenWir danken fĂŒr den AufenthaltDie

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie (Vater, Mutter, Tochter 14 Jahre, Tochter 11 Jahre) und kleinem Hund angereist und waren vier NĂ€chte dort.Restaurant in 2 Minuten FußnĂ€he. Therme 5 Minuten zu Fuß, was wir aber nicht brauchten, weil wir den tollen Pool am Haus hatten. Jede Menge Spaziermöglichkeiten um den Diemelsee herum.Das Haus ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Schönes Mobiliar, bequeme Betten und Couch. KĂŒche gut bestĂŒckt. Sauna leicht bedienbar. Pool gut beheizt (wir waren im Winter da). Pool und Sauna waren das Highlight! Pool war groß und hat eine angemessene Tiefe, so dass man schön Bahnen schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, gute Einweisung, und vielen Dank nochmals, dass wir zwei Stunden spĂ€ter auschecken durften! Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und der Hund auch! Klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, 1 Kind und ein Jugendlicher hier. War alles super, bei der Ankunft war der Besitzer schon vor Ort, hat uns das gesamte Haus gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. In dem Onlineinserat könnte man erwĂ€hnen,dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Es gab so 1-2 Kleinigkeiten die man reparieren könnte, aber nichts grosses,oder was das wohnen in der Unterkunft beeintrĂ€chtigen wĂŒrde. Vielleicht ist das ja aber auch schon bekannt und es fehlen Fachfirmen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich fĂŒr die tolle Kommunikation vorab,den freundlichen Empfang und fĂŒr ein paar tolle Tage in der Unterkunft in diesem HĂ€usschen in Heringhausen. Wir wĂ€ren gern lĂ€nger geblieben,leider war der Urlaub zu Ende.

Wunderbare Auszeit mit der Familie

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern in dem Ferienhaus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Selten so eine top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen. Die KĂŒche hatte alles, was man braucht, wenn man gerne kocht :) Toll waren auch die Sauna und das private Schwimmbad, das wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Gerne wieder!

Sommerurlaub 2022

Das Ferienhaus kann was es soll. Wir waren in dem Ferienhaus zu viert mit einem Hund, hatten also mehr als genug Platz (was auch gut war, denn es gibt am Esstisch nur Platz 5 StĂŒhle oder wir haben wir Ausziehmöglichkeit ĂŒbersehen ... ;-) Das Haus an sich, sowie die Einrichtung sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und zwei der vier Schlafzimmer wurden vor kurzem renoviert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir konnten immer finden, was wir brauchten (Geschirr, Töpfe, Reinigungsmittel etc.). Was hat uns nicht gefallen: 1. Entgegen unserer Annahme/Hoffnung, ist as GrundstĂŒck nur teilweise eingezĂ€unt, so dass wir unseren Hund nicht vollkommen frei laufen lassen konnten. 2. Die GartenhĂŒtte ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir konnten sie daher nicht wie geplant nutzen. Zitat vom Vermieter "...sie wird nur noch als Lager benutzt..."

Sehr schöne Zeit am Diemelsee

Das Ferienhaus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es war sauber und entsprach von der Ausstattung exakt der Beschreibung. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool. Einziges kleines Manko hier: Der Pool hĂ€tte nach der HĂ€lfte der Zeit lĂ€nger als nur 15 Minuten mit dem Reinigungsroboter gesĂ€ubert werden mĂŒssen. So waren zum Ende unserer Zeit doch recht viele tote Tierchen etc. am Boden. Die Lage ist top. Und auch die Feuerstelle im Garten haben wir genutzt (Das Holz dafĂŒr war vorhanden). Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Schönes Wochenende

Wir hatten als Gruppe mit sechs Personen ein entspanntes Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus. Alles ist wie beschrieben, nur teilweise bereits in die Jahre gekommen oder im Detail renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Dennoch ist im Haus ausreichend Platz, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und konnten alle Annehmlichkeiten ausgiebig nutzen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief allzeit schnell, freundlich und gut!

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden ĂŒberpĂŒnktlich und sehr freundlich im Ferienhaus empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen kann. Man könnte auch eine Sauna im Haus nutzen, wenn man es mag. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, den auch unser Vierbeiner genossen hat und empfehlen das Objekt zu 100% weiter.

Tolle Umgebung

Wer ein Haus in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Garten und Pool sind sicherlich im Sommer besser nutzbar als Ende Oktober. Wandergebiet direkt ab der HaustĂŒr beginnend. Hundebesitzer sollten wissen, dass das GrundstĂŒck nicht komplett eingezĂ€unt ist. Insgesamt ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wen das nicht stört, wird dort erholsame Tage verleben.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen, 2 Babys und 1 Hund ein paar Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war sehr erholsam. Das Haus bot genug Platz um sich auch mal zurĂŒck zu ziehen. Also alles bestens und sehr zu empfehlen.
