Welcome to the volcanic Eifel and the Mosel region

With us you live in a lovingly furnished 4-room apartment on the ground floor with about 100 square meters of living space.
There is sleeping space for max. 6 persons.

Our apartment is located in Lutzerath in the heart of the volcanic Eifel, surrounded many Maare and in the immediate vicinity of the Moselle and the Nürburgring.

Our beautiful, bright, family friendly and spacious apartment consists of:

1x double bedroom
1x room with 2 single beds
Shower / WC,
1x fitted kitchen
1x spacious dining room with 6 seats
1x living room couch
TV, radio, internet access Wi-Fi
a terrace
BBQ area and a garden with sunbathing area

In addition to the many hiking and biking trails and fishing on rivers, lakes and maaren, there are only a few minutes from our apartment restaurants and shopping.

Very nice, clean and comfortable house

We are a family of 5 and we had a great stay at this house. Everything was there and we used the extra service of making the bed's for us so when we arrived, the holiday started right away :-) .Good beds, good shower, good couch for the whole family. We went out to Cochem, a nice town with a chairlift up the mountain. The view is nice, but do't go for a cup of coffee there because the prices are way to high. We also have been to the race track in Nurnburg, the Nurnburgring. Great for a day out. And for shopping, Koblenz is nice to visit. Thanks for our stay in your nice place.

Wir haben als Familie (3 Generationen) einen sehr schönen Vulkaneifel-Urlaub verlebt. Die FeWo ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Auch der Garten ist, insbesondere auch für Kinder, optimal. Wir fanden die Lage zentral und Ausflüge nach z.B. Cochem, Monschau, Andernach oder Koblenz waren gut möglich.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung modern und komfortabel ausgestattet

Ea war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin klappte ebenfalls perfekt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Pizzeria die eine gute Qualität bietet. Und wir waren mit sen Auto schnell an der Mosel und der Therme in Bad Bertrich.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß im großzügigen Garten. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war Ideal für uns. Preis-Leistung war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal.

Saubere Wohnung mit Gartenzugang

Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten war super für die Kinder. Tolle Spielmöglichkeiten, das Trampolin wurde extra noch für uns fit gemacht. Ebenfalls viele Sitzplätze draußen. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war dass die Zimmertüren nicht richtig geschlossen werden könnten und enorm laut geknarzt hatten. Das ist mit Kleinkind sehr nervig.
