Romantic 2 bedroom, 2 bath view condo in peaceful and lush tropical setting - 3rd floor- 5 minutes from the beaches - Lovely gated community in Playa Ocotal, near the beach town of Playas del Coco. Playas del Coco is a tourist destination located 30 minute drive from the Daniel Oduber airport (Liberia International Airport).

You are in a top level condo enjoying mountain views and glimpsing native birds in a peaceful tropical setting from your private balcony. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of closet and cabinet space. Light-filled open concept living area with ample seating, smart TV, and views from the sliding glass front door. Light and airy feeling with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room. Kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils, lots of cabinet space, new major appliances, and a dinette style dining island. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Patio BBQ. Full size washer dryer in the unit.

The town is mostly inhabited by local Costa Ricans. This condominium complex is located in a neighborhood with many friendly neighbors! If you’d like, you can immerse yourself in the Spanish language. If not, no worries, English is spoken everywhere here!

The condo is minutes away from beautiful Ocotal beach and Coco beach. Ocotal beach is famously known for its black sand, snorkeling and diving, and diversity of coastal wildlife. Coco beach is known for its bustling nightlife, restaurants, and tourist shops. The town of Coco has many small and large grocery stores, a medical clinic, a post office, realty companies, a gas station, and other amenities.

Costa Rican paradise - without being remote!

We loved it! Close to the beaches, great private condo. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is great and we loved sitting on the veranda with our coffee in the mornings. It’s also close enough to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Safe and nice place to stay

We've enjoyed our stay in Karen's place. The house was clean and had everything that we need. It's conveniently located to access Playa Coco and Playa Ocotal as well as local stores. The guard helped us to park our car in a safe place and helped with our luggage. The whole stay left a good feeling - thanks!

The condo was great! It was very well supplied, the a/c worked, the beds were comfortable. Two beaches within a 15-20 minute walk.It is a bit of a hike up the driveway but you get a terrific view for your efforts. It never grew old.We had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. Can you ask for more than that?We didn’t have a car and really didn’t miss it. Uber rides were readily available. Coco is a relatively big town. This condo is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute uber from the main drag. It’s in a local residential area, not a strictly touristy zone. That has its plusses and minuses.

Located on the famed “road to Ocotal”, the condo unit is set back from the road and is in the highest of the three levels of the complex. Quiet, peaceful, and private with great mountain views. Beautiful new swimming pool. Conveniently located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.
