The condo was comfortable and safe. The pool area is beautiful and the whole complex is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We had a great time at Coco Beach!

Beach vacation

Great pool, condo, and location. Only complaint was the busy street with live band at bar across the street one night. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We loved our 4-week stay at Paradizio and have already booked to go back next year for 6 weeks. Although the unit we were in could use a little attention, we had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool and property were wonderful, and quite often, my husband and I had the pool to ourselves. The location of the condo was perfect, about a 4-minute walk to the main street with all the shops, restaurants and grocery stores, and about a 4-minute walk to the beach as well. We had no need to rent a car or golfcart.Once we were at the condo, we communicated with Property management via WhatsApp which worked perfectly...and they were very responsive.
