Great place to stay to hang out at the beach. Host was responsive to minor issues we had (needed some lightbulbs), answered questions, and provided extra recommendations re: local attractions and restaurants. Wife appreciated updated kitchen and tasteful decorations. Nicely stocked for utensils and dishes. Great beach view from this 3rd floor condo. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. It was immaculate, one of the cleanest we've ever stayed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Cheri was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd love to go back.

Island Princess

This is a fantastic condo for anyone looking for a quiet, well kept place to relax. We have stayed here several times and love the complex, condo and location. This place has everything you need from a well stocked kitchen, beautiful furnishings and of course that perfect view.

April Anniversary Trip

This rental property was clean, convenient, and a relaxing place for us to spend our first anniversary. My husband and I loved how private the condo was and we loved being able to walk to some of the restaurants nearby as well as to the grocery store. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family, and we cannot wait to come back again!

Beach vacay

This was our first stay at Island Princess 314. Excellent stay! Clean, updated decor, comfortable beds, plenty of supplies. The balcony was amazing and where we spent a lot of time. We also love the 2 chairs and umbrella that is included in the stay! We will be back from Arkansas! 😊

Perfect Location

Beach view and easy access. Condo is by elevator and pool but you don’t hear anything. Great location! Everything you need is included! Great communication from owners. I’d stay again.

Just perfect!!

This property is the perfect place for a family vacation! The location is great, the property is clean, and you can’t beat the views. The owner was so wonderful and communicated promptly. There are 2 beach chairs in the room along with beach towels, which was a wonderful surprise! I cannot wait to return!!
