To the apartment includes a balcony with patio furniture and a bicycle box and a parking space for your car right in front of the house. The balcony is about 5.5m x 1.5m in size and south-west facing with unobstructed forest views. The balcony furniture includes a table, 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers with cushions. In the bicycle box are 2 bicycles for sharing (at your own risk and without legal entitlement). Your own bicycles can also be stored here.
In the entire apartment is a floor heating.

The Ferienwohnpark Küstenwald is located in the middle of a large forest area, which stretches from the east of Klockenhagen to the west of the Markgrafenheide and to the north to the Baltic Sea. Directly in front of the Ferienwohnpark there are cycling and hiking trails in different directions, be it to Graal-Müritz, to the Fischland-Darss, to Ribnitz-Damgarten or to the yellow hunting lodge. A bus stop can be found at the entrance of the property. The bus will take you to Graal-Müritz or to Klockenhagen and Ribnitz-Damgarten. In the object there is a small restaurant with breakfast and bread service as well as a bicycle rental (seasonal open).
