The Maiensäss has 2 bedrooms, which are each intended for 2 people (2 x single beds + 1 x double bed). In the cozy kitchen (wooden table with corner seat and chairs / 2 seater sofa) stove and fridge freezer are available. To use you have a Nespresso coffee machine, baby chair, fondue set, raclette grill, pans and crockery / cutlery available. The fireplace ensures warm, romantic evenings.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The Maiensäss is heated with electricity (electric ovens in all rooms) and wood.

In front of the house are a wooden table with benches, as well as a stone barbecue.

The Maiensäss can be reached by car between April and November (depending on snow conditions). There is no special permit required and the vehicle can be parked in the immediate vicinity.

In winter, the ski slope leads directly past the Maiensäss. Thus, this can be achieved on the one hand with the skis via Piz Martegnas. On the other hand, it is possible to reach the Maiensäss within 30 to 40 minutes from Tigignas (winter hiking trail). There is also a snow-taxi, which transports you and your luggage from Tigignas to Maiensäss. (Costs approx. CHF 80.00). 

The rental price includes: electricity, wood, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, kitchen spices, kitchen linen, as well as various cleaning materials.

Bed linen, as well as bath towels / towels are to be brought by the tenants.

The final cleaning is done by the tenants.

Additional costs:

Visitor's tax / tourist tax: according to consumption (mandatory).
Bed linen: Bring by the tenant per object per day (compulsory).
Towels: per tenant per object per day (obligatory).
Pet: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Fireplace Fireplace: included in the price per object and per day (compulsory).
Parking: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Electricity: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Final cleaning: to be performed by the tenant per object per week (obligatory).
