On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Oberurmein, Aclas (nur Winter)" 50 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 100 m, ice rink, children's playground 500 m. small grocery store in 100 m (open during peak seasons winter and summer).
"Maiensäss Superior", 3-room chalet 58 m2, south-east facing position. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Suitable for families. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Heating wood (as required/extra). Please note: Pets must be registered when booking. Aclas Heinzenberg SA only has a limited number of such pet houses. If pets are not registered in advance, the landlord cannot guarantee that a house will be available on site.

Wat hebben wij genoten van de prachtige omgeving, het fantastische uitzicht en de heerlijke accomodatie. De woning was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin. De voorzieningen waren allemaal goed in orde en van hoge kwaliteit. Het enige minpunt was dat er maar 4 vaste bedden waren en dat overige personen op het slaapbed in de woonkamer moeten slapen.

schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit sehr beengtem Bad und unbequemer Couch. Leider wurde sogar der Müllbeutel, der bei Ankunft im Mülleimer war, berechnet. Mir geht es nicht um 3 CHF, aber sowas ist schon lächerlich!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Das ganze Haus, inkl. Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr sauber. Gut eingerichtete Küche, sogar mit Raclette und Fonduegeräten. Auch die kurze Distanz zum Skilift war perfekt und für ein feines Nachtessen war das Restaurant Skihütte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes, modernes Maiensäss

Wir waren zufrieden. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, so ein Raclette- & Fondueofen, Brennholz, Liegenstühle etc. Es war komfortabel und modern und die Sonnenterrasse mit dem Ausblick war schön. Die Kinder fanden den nahe gelegenen Patrutgsee mit Floss und Ruderboot toll. Leider hatte es keinen Laden und nicht so guten öV-Anschluss.

Die Bettdecken waren zu warm für die Sommerzeit und die synthetischen Kissen sind nicht angenehm zum darauf liegen. Tipp: Duvets für Sommer und Winter verwenden.

Wir waren 10 Tage dort und ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es auch entsprechend mehr Abwaschtabs, WC Papier, Frotteewäsche gegeben hätte. Der Abfluss bei der Dusche war verstopft und das Wasser ist nur sehr langsam abgeflossen.

Einfach top Unterkunft. Alles da was man braucht. Sauberkeit sehr gut . Ausblick nicht zu übertreffen . Sehr ruhig gelegen. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Gab sogar für jedes Haus eine Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen. Privatsphäre auch gegeben. Mit Haustier sehr zu empfehlen. Einzige was gefehlt hat war ein Toaster …. Aber war jetzt nicht weiter schlimm. Haben es dann im Backofen gebräunt . Ganz tolle Unterkunft

Een prachtig huisje in sfeervol hout op een locatie met rondom zicht op de bergen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De hele dag zon op het terras. Rustige ligging met parkeerruimte voor de deur. Veel leuke bestemmingen voor een wandeltocht of het bezoeken van een bergpas op korte afstand.

Es war sauber, modern, gemütlich und auch für den Hund geeignet. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das eng geschnittene WC und Duschbad. Für schlanke oder normalgewichtige Personen ok.

Schönes Chalet, schlechte Betten

Wir haben eine knappe Woche im Chalet verbracht und fanden es insgesamt gut. Eigentlich hätten wir gerne ein sehr gut vergeben, aber die Betten sind sehr einfach, eher wie in einer Jugendherberge. Die Matratzen sind sehr dünn und weich und die Lattenroste sehr billig und nicht komfortabel. Ansonsten gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt, inclusive Fondue und Raclette.
