Welcome to the newly renovated holiday apartment Setaria in Haus Barlangia, located in Sartons, Valbella (Lenzerheide).
This modern and bright first-floor apartment accommodates up to five guests and is perfect for families or groups of friends. It features two cozy bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed and another with a bunk bed and a separate loft bed. The fully equipped, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the well-maintained bathroom ensures extra comfort.
In the same building, two additional attractive apartments are available.
Molinia, on the second floor, is a charming apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, ideal for two guests.
Briza, on the third floor, is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests.
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area with a magnificent mountain view and offers the ideal starting point for numerous activities. In winter, you can reach the ski areas of the entire Arosa/Lenzerheide region in just a few minutes with the free sports bus from the “Valbella Skilift” stop.
Cross-country skiers will also get their money’s worth here – the extensive network of trails and the nearby biathlon arena offer perfect conditions. In summer, numerous hiking and biking trails as well as idyllic mountain lakes invite you to explore and relax.

Moderne und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung - ein Traum!
Die Wohnung ist super toll renoviert und stilvoll mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön konzipiert und mit Holz eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und in ihnen lässt sich super gut erholen. Das Bad ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Dusche ist gross und wundervoll mit Steinplatten gefliest. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem Ofen lädt zum Feuer machen und kuschelige Abende nach dem Wandern ein. Der Fernseher war ein absoluter Hingucker. Die Küche ist hochwertig gebaut mit besten Geräten ausgestattet. An Töpfen, Schüsseln, Geschirr, Besteck, usw. fehlt es an überhaupt nichts. Die Terrasse ist gross und der Garten kann zum Spielen von Kindern genutzt werden.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen - auf bald unser Traum!
Eine Grundausstattung an Salz, Pfeffer und Gewürzen wäre sehr geschätzt
