The cozy holiday home with a patio and barbecue is located in the family-friendly ski and hiking area Sarn Heinzenberg with wonderful views of the Graubünden Alps. From spring to autumn it is an ideal starting point for various excursions, especially mountain tours, walks on the Heinzenberg or in the region. Shopping can be done in Thusis (10min) or in Chur.

The region offers many sights such as Beverin and Ela Nature Park, Viamala Gorge, Rofflasch Gorge, Ruinaulta Rhine Gorge, Church of St. Martin in Zillis, castles (e.g. Innerjuvalt) and ruins in Domleschg, Casa Storica Andeer, Cazis stone church, visit to the capital Chur (oldest city in Switzerland) and much more. Other possible activities are canyoning, bike and mountain bike tours, mini golf, swimming in natural lakes, tennis, various mountain railways, mineral bath Andeer, summer toboggan run, adventure room, climbing hall, billiard room ...
In winter, the two sunny ski areas Heinzenberg Sarn and Tschappina offer 40km of slopes, cool toboggan runs and wonderful winter hiking trails.
Thanks to the good connection to the motorway, well-known summer and winter holiday resorts such as Savognin, Flims, Lenzerheide, Splügen and Chur can be reached within 30 minutes,

Nice little house in the mountains

Overall, the house was very clean and well-equipped. The owners took great care of us and were very friendly. The only downside was that owners of the neighboring houses were doing lots of noisy garden work in the mornings (lawn mowing, etc.). However, this was probably an unlucky coincidence. Aside from this, we enjoyed the silence and the beauty of the mountains with lots of outdoors activities.

Mir und meinem Partner haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, in einer Top Lage. Mit sehr freundlichern Gastgebern, die stehts um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht sind. Ablauf Check in bis Check Out mit denn Besitzern war 1 A. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist Top und man kann alles sehr gut in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Ich kann nur sagen 1A 10von10 Punkten mehr geht nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen Top Top Top 👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊😊😊😊

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr heimelig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist super. Wenn man gerne wandert, ist man auf jeden Fall richtig in Sarn. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
