Chesapeake Bay meets Fleets Bay. Unique Loft style suite, over 1,800 square feet, 3 bedrooms-4 beds, with wide open layout. Direct white sand beach access right outside door. All that you need to enjoy your stay at this newly renovated, very cool & well-appointed Coastal Contemporary home. Unit One is also available if you have multiple families.

Beyond the beauty of this newly updated designer home, you have the safety of exterior lighting and impact windows and doors.

Extra bedding and pillows will be stored in the closet and the drawers in the bed.

The TV has been professionally wall mounted and has Direct TV with all channels including the premium channel (HBO) minus pay per view and pay movies. A nice unwind after the day at the beach.

The loft units are wings of the over 12,000 sq ft mansion. They are separate and privately located on each end of the house. The locked door in the unit includes a sound proof barrier on the other side and leads to an unused long hallway to main house.

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Beach area and Dock were clean and well maintained. House was clean, stocked with plenty of basic essentials and we had everything we needed for our two night stay. Beds were comfortable and a/c works great. Would definitely stay again

Just gorgeous!!!

The property was absolutely stunning. The house is spectacular and the remodeled condo was very spacious and well done; they paid attention to detail from the bathroom to the en-suite sauna! They provided linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and coffee! The 6 acres was well manicured and provided shade from the trees all the way to the 300’ of private beach. The sand was as soft as silt and the water was warm, calm, shallow and clear! I loved this property and will go back in the future!

Peaceful waterfront home

The property was great and peaceful for the most part. We heard some construction and talking during the early morning hours which I assumed was someone working on the other part of the house that is apparently being renovated for more rental units. The unit was in good shape and everything seemed pretty new which was nice. There was giant trailer full of junk on the property that is hopefully moved soon; an eyesore but didn't affect us in any way. The interior was very clean. Personally I feel I slightly overpaid for what we got, but overall I rate the property 4/5.

I see why they named it Bayhamas & it IS My New Favorite Paradise!!

The property is Beautiful and that is a Huge understatement!! I Loved the private beach with all its views and peaceful vibe. If you have a dog or dogs fyi, My puppers might have loved it ALL more than ALL of us!! I/We WILL be back with more family, as well as, friends!! BONUS: You don't really need anything except maybe some bug spray. I brought essential oil citronella and that helped pretty good. This is Definitely manageable & Not a deal breaker!! Theres a food lion within 15-20 minutes. Make time to shop when you get settled!! Most importantly, Thank You for the Outstanding hospitality and kindness Jenny!! You're a Wealth of information and we appreciated your time very much!!

Beautiful location!

House has a lot of entertaining activities when weather is bad or at night for adults (shuffleboard/foosball, huge TV to watch sports/movies, plus few other games). The bay had beautiful views and the water is clear (lives up to creative name Bayhamas!). We brought our dog (which we appreciate properties who allow this) and she just loved running the beach and swimming in the water. We found the beds to be comfortable and the kitchen sufficiently stocked for our stay! Only issue we had was no WiFi and the area White Stone/Irvington has very poor cell service for T-Mobile. Only at the house since it was on the water, we were able to pick up some service from a TMobile tower but it was not very good as it would cut in and out. Overall, loved it, made great memories and we would definitely look to use this property in the future!

Gorgeous Location wildlife abounds/ a few unexpected things in the unit

Beautiful location and host is very accommodating. The host lives on premise with a dogs that barks quite a lot when she is gone. The unit is updated and comfortable. The floor was filthy with tons of blacks hairs. Cleaned the floor several times but decided I’m on vacation. So we just cleaned off our feet before getting into bed each night. All new appliances however no cooktop. Access to grill, hot plate and toaster oven microwave but only one electrical outlet was functional in the kitchen. Light in one bedroom turns on/off by itself. The wildlife is incredible here!!! We did enjoy ourselves.

Absolutely loved it

We can't say enough about this rental. We loved it so much we booked our next trip while we were there. The rental was very spacious and open. The beach out back was perfect for a relaxing weekend and the views were absolutely gorgeous. We also got to meet the owners who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with amazing views.

Amazingly clean, quiet, and beautiful property right on the water. New appliances. Everything actually looked very new! Plenty to do. We had rain almost the whole weekend but still had a great time. Look forward to going back when it's a bit sunnier. Highly recommend!!
