Spacious, clean, beautiful home

We recently rented this home for a week for a large group and we’re very impressed with the accommodations. The house was much nicer than we expected, the game room was a nice touch and kept the kids entertained when it was raining. The host was incredibly nice and communicated exceptionally. check in was a breeze as well as check out. I would highly recommend both this property and the host.

Great family friendly stay

The house was very clean with a beautiful kitchen, rooms ready with towels and sheets, and the bathrooms with shampoo and body wash dispensers. Great having a room full of bunks for the kids, a play room with basketball game and fusball, as well as a crib for a little one in another bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and the house just minutes drive to the pool and lake, and some family friendly hikes are a short drive away. The stay was great and Frank was very quick to respond to any messages.

Communicating with Frank/host was amazing...quick responses to your questions and concerns. Very accommodating when changes had to be made on my reservation. Inside of the home was very clean. The sleeping quarters were exceptional. Not that we rented the house just to sleep, however, all the guests spoke on the comfort of the mattress. Outside of the house was spacious and accommodating however, it could use a little cleaning (specifically the grills). The hot tub was immaculate. The family ages 1-79, had a wonderful stay.Thank you Frank for allowing us to celebrate my grandson's 35th Birthday.

Great place

Overall great place to stay. Pool and splash pad are nice (not heated). The property is perfectly fine. We had a rough start to our trip (initial booking was actually double booked and was able to get in next day here with Frank). Frank was wonderful, extremely responsive to messages. Beds were fine. It's about 10-15 minutes from a grocery store, 20 to walmart. There is some stuff to do in the area, poke-a-nose pottery was a hit with our family. The constructive critiques I have are admittedly a little nit picky: there is only 1 towel per person supplied. For the amount of people it sleeps, there isn't enough place for the entire group to sit down and eat together/sit around the firepit/in the living room. The coffee bar is very nice but I need a huge mug of coffee in the mornings and the mugs were kinda of puny. No beach/pool towels supplied. No games, puzzles, balls for the courts (at the pool tennis/basketball--the basketball was flat and no way to inflate). No swimming at lake, no way to rent or use kayak unless you bring your own. There are no cleaning supplies--vacuum/swiffer etc so it was impossible to keep up with crumbs on counter/floor (3 kids). The floor appeared clean upon arrival but my kids feet were so dirty after walking around for 1 hour, it needs a good scrub. We only really used the tv in the living room-it was difficult to figure out how to turn on, but once on worked fine. Kids TV upstairs didn't turn on for us-maybe we didn't have the right remote.

Crystal glad you enjoyed your stay as for some of your critiques they may be misleading to future guests. There is a full array of board games, poker chips and Dominos in cabinet. You never inquired about them. There is also a pump and needles to inflate any ball necessary, Again you Never asked me about it. There are extra towels in linen closet, Again Never heard from you as to it being an issue. There are cleaning supplies under the kitchen counter and mop in laundry room. We supply 15 exterior chairs which was 3 more then your Total group size. Seems quite nit picky as you stated and as I mentioned above we supply much of what you claimed we do not.
