And when you're not out exploring, you can relax in the comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace and 65" Smart TV or gather for a meal in the spacious dining area that can accommodate up to 18 people. The attached game room offers even more entertainment, with a pool table, ping pong, poker table, and foosball. Your group will have plenty of space to spread out, with a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located throughout the property. Book now for the ultimate Poconos vacation experience!

Guests have full access to all amenities available within Emerald lakes community: indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurant, basketball courts, lakes and beaches. Short distance to the pool, tennis courts and the beach at the lake (half a mile to the beach).

Perfect for a group!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a big girl's trip and it was perfect! The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all to hang out. We ended up having a rainy weekend, but we used the incredible indoor space to hang out and play games! Highly highly recommend!! Great location! Plenty of parking in the driveway. We have 10 cars with room to spare.

Great for groups

The overall experience was great. The house is true to the photos. I would highly recommend bringing slippers or socks because the bottoms of everyone’s feet were black. Everything appeared to be clean, but I think there was a middle section of the house that was exposed to outdoors.

Amazing stay at this property. it was very clean and spacious. plenty of bathrooms and beds. couldn't have asked for anything better. we had about 18 people and fit us comfortably. highly recommend anyone with a large group.

Perfect getaway for a gathering of friends

It was my 40th birthday, we had about 21 people and it never felt crowded. Everything matched the listing and the host was great with communication. We would love to stay again and try out that pool.

Gathering

We had a lovely stay in this house. We were 5 families with children ages 12 and up. Everyone is so busy with their lives so this house gave us the opportunity to slow down and make memories together. The house was clean and comfortable. The few issues we saw in the reviews were addressed and fixed. The one issue we had was unforeseen and inconvenient but we were able to resolve it. The amount of space and things to do on grounds made this a good spot for our family. We plan to return in the future.

Lovely

We had a great time here! The house is well sectioned with different zones for people to spend time together and also have space. Pool and hot-tub were a big hit and the yard was great for afternoon activities. 10/10 will stay here again!

Great getaway with friends

We stayed here recently for a bachelorette party we had about 18 girls and we never felt crowded. There was so much space and everything matched the listing description. We did have a small issue with the water in the house but the owner was very quick to respond and the issue was resolved within a few hours. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to others with large parties.

Great family getaway!!

We had a very good experience at this house. My family and I enjoyed everything the house had to offer. If at any point we had issues (mostly on my part), I was able to contact the owner and resolve the problem. A must stay!!!

WEEK AT LONG POND

Stayed at the house for a week the family really really enjoyed their time there . The house is beautiful and it is exactly like you see it on the website. We had a few issues but the owner took care of them right away. Would definitely go back and stay there.

Family trip

We had an awesome time at this location! Everything was clean and Eugene was super efficient in answering any texts quickly. We were a party of 16 and had plenty of room. Only thing we didn’t realize was the bar area was outdoors so it was cold but we mostly hung out in the living room area. Everything was great!

Annual College Reunion

The 12 adults and 9 kids staying here at Eugene’s property in long pond had an excellent experience. There was plenty of space to cook, eat, swim, table game and run around in the backyard. The house was stocked with exactly what we were told would be there, everything worked and it was a clean home. Eugene was a great communicator during the booking and during our stay. If you’re looking for a fun and spacious house I would highly recommend this property!

Very Roomy

Just wish each room had their own bathroom. The Bar area was cold & the roof was leaking . I was informed it'll be fixed in March due to the weather. I & my family think it's overpriced but it is a beautiful house

Very Spacious House

This home is very spacious, great for family reunions. It was very nice that linen was provided. Very Clean house!!! The bathrooms were beautiful! There were only 2 down sides , the mattresses were not comfortable and the area that links the other attached house was NOT Insulated. That proposed an inconvenience for the guests staying on that side as they had to carry around with their coats. I’m sure it’s an amazing property for the summer time , not winter.

Perfect house for large groups, with everything we needed

We chose this house for our annual Pocono vacation with our kids and grandkids because it was roomy and had a pool … and it worked out perfectly ! There were 15 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together, or to separate. Everything was exactly as explained in the listing, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was all very clean and organized. We all loved the pool and hot tub … and the game room was perfect for days when the weather did not cooperate. The fire pit was great for making s’mores, and the outdoor lighting was just wonderful for evening swims. Eugene was quick to respond to my questions and inquiries and was a pleasure to work with … and when we had a problem with the wifi due to a bad storm, he made sure it was resolved as soon as possible. It is such a lovely property and very conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants … we would definitely come back again for another vacation!
