The space
Overlooking the Lake so close you could cast your finishing line from the deck! However, there is a lakeside dock and deck so you don’t have to strain yourself. This home has an unbeatable location. The house has a contemporary style with a modern design. The open floor plan helps you enjoy breathtaking views of the lake from most rooms. This home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and many additional sleeping spaces to accommodate 12 guests comfortably. Two separate common areas feature comfortable couches and two 65-inch flat-screen TVs. One couch turns into full size beds with added memory foam padding for comfort sleep. Pool table and different games available for entertainment. Fully stocked new kitchen is equipped with brand new modern stainless steel appliances, grill utensils and outdoor grill for BBQ. Two real wood-burning fireplaces will give off a romantic cozy vibe during your relaxing stay.

If you love nature and beautiful scenic views this community is where you want to be. Not only do we have the six lakes, but we also have plenty of wildlife and interesting plants and wildflowers. Enjoy the spring blossoms and flowers, the early summer mountain laurel blooming or the mid-summer rhododendron. Our community is filled with wildlife such as deer, bear, fox, beaver and raccoons. These critters will give you plenty of great photo opportunities if you are patient. Make sure you take advantage of the natural splendor and sounds of the birds chirping.

Our family loved staying here. We were quite surprised upon arrival to find the almost on top of the pond. Amazing views and close to all the attractions in the Poconos. We saw so many deer in the area, even in the front yard.

We had a good week with our kids. We caught two bass. The kids were out on the lake with the kayaks and we brought a paddle board. The house was very clean. The pool table was nice. The air-conditioning was cold. Fire pit has a great view and we had a great time with family and friends.

Great little lake and get away!

This is a great little place and right on an adorable little lake!!! Communication was fast and easy as. Marked 4 stars for cleanliness because we had to take our own garbage to the local dump area. I think for the cleaning cost it should be done by them. But overall was very happy! Will be back.

Great family winter stay

Well there was a total of 14 of us, 8 adults and six children under the age of 8. Sleeping arrangements were acceptable with all of us with beds and sleepers as posted , there were no dressers to unpack our clothes into, since it was a short 3 day stay for us it wasn't a big deal and the host had mentioned that he would be getting them for the future. The home is pleasantly decorated and cleaned to my expectations, and my family as well . I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN...

I showed up with my family, but the place had not been cleaned. It took the cleaning people 3 hours to get through it, and they did a horrible job. There was dirt and garbage on the rug when we left. Hot tub had countless dead bugs in it. No key card to dispose of trash either. Contacted owner about this, but response was just "ok." Biggest benefit is proximity to the mountains... Would not rent again.

Great location and Amenities

If you are looking for a place on a lake, this is your spot. The kayaks and boats are easy to hop in and go around the lake. It is safe for kids to kayak and boat without worrying about them. The hot tub, view, sauna, pool table, foosball and fire pit are great. The pool and tennis courts are just a short walk. Camelback Outdoor Adventure Park and the Outlets are a short drive. My family enjoyed their stay.

Needs some TLC

I was disappointed with this rental. The pics that are posted must have been from a few years ago. This property needs some work. Most of the windows don't have blinds/curtains; the air hockey table didn't work; the retaining wall at the fire pit was falling over and there were small blood stains on two of the white comforters. Yes, I believe they were washed and just stained; however, they should have been discarded. Water pressure was a major issue! I was in the shower and the pressure went to a trickle...super frustrating! I called the owner and someone came out to replace the water filter. That's a maintenance thing that should just automatically be done. With that being said, it was easy to contact the owner by phone and email. It's a decent neighborhood and location.

Absolutely fantastic

Overall the house was exactly like the pictures. There was enough space for everyone. I did bring extra blankets which i did need because the house was freezing and I had little ones so the first night was rough. The house was well equipped but anything you may need you can purchase at Walmart which was 10 mins away. The hot tub and sauna was a plus. If you will be streaming movies or working online just understand that the WIFI is a bit slow and causes lagging and buffering. Overall the house was great!

First time using VRBO and this was a great house for a small group! Great view of the lake and we loved all the amenities (pool table, air hockey, fusbol, sauna, hot tub)! Only down side was the water pressure for showers but we didn't pick this place to shower lol so just be aware of that if that's a concern for your stay!

Perfect getaway

This property had everything we were looking for... lake views, boats, a hot tub, sauna and game room! The lake views were even more beautiful in person, the whole property is so peaceful and there were deer in the backyard and driveway numerous times. We loved our getaway at this property and will be back for sure!
