It is a safe distance from heavy traffic on Sandpiper Road, giving parents peace of mind and children freedom to play in the front yard. Recent upgrades include a stainless steel refrigerator, gas grill, spacious under-counter microwave, and dryer. A nicely landscaped lawn with palm trees makes you feel you are in the tropics! Breathtaking ocean and canal views from the great room.

Extra amenities you can enjoy here include central air-conditioning, four Roku-equipped TVs for streaming all your favorite channels (no cable), an outdoor shower, ceiling fans, complimentary internet access, a screened porch, brand new multi-level, open decks, a magnificently designed in-ground swimming pool with a spacious deck for lounging, a Hawaiian theme tropical bar for entertaining, and two private docks for fishing and crabbing or launching your kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
