Welcome to Shifting Sands! This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath Beach Cottage is just steps from the beach! Enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the spacious screened-in front deck with extra seating. Fully equipped kitchen just off the cozy living area with bar top! Offers just the right amount of space for you and the family to unwind, plus don't forget your furry friend!
There have been several updates made as well. The updates made are as follows: All new appliances, Central A/C throughout, new roof, 2 new couches in the living room, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, new LVP flooring along with new horseshoe pits, and cornhole boards have been added.
