This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is fully equipped with family friendly amenities for those traveling with little ones and is close to Town Center, Apex Center, restaurants, and is only a short drive to the beach. Sink into our plush memory foam beds and cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have the entire space to yourselves! Free parking is available on the driveway (can fit up to 2 cars). Parking in the garage is not available. Your self-check-in will allow you to access the property using a 4-digit code.

Access to the garage and the locked pantry cabinet in the kitchen is not permitted.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information.

PARKING
There is driveway parking for 2 cars. No garage access at this time.

EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS
Requests for early check-ins and later check-outs are subject to booking calendar availability

For earlier check-in and later check-outs within 1 hour, it is complimentary

For earlier check-ins and later check-outs within 3+ hours, a $50 cleaning service fee will be automatically charged.

Please note that while we do our very best to assist with accommodating requests for earlier check-ins and later check-outs, this is not always available due to back to back same day reservation bookings and all requests are subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding!

AMENITIES
- The rental is provided with a complimentary welcome startup package kit upon arrival, which includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent pods. When any of these items are used up, kindly note that it is up to the guest to purchase additional items at your own expense should you require more supplies.

LAWN CARE
Bi-weekly lawn maintenance is provided

PETS
Dogs under 50 lbs (up to 2 dogs total) are welcome to stay for an additional fee of $100 per pet per stay, to cover additional cleaning that is required after a pet stays with us. We also ask that you please keep pets off of our beds and couches/chairs. Pets must also be crated when left alone at home. No cats are allowed at this time.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
There is an extra charge of $30 per night for each additional guest beyond 6 guests due to extra cleaning/linen charges we incur (max up to 8 guests)
