Beautiful 1 bedroom with bunk area, 2 full bath condo located directly on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This is a TOP floor (22nd) unit at Seychelles, off of the east end of Thomas Drive. You have amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, both east and west from the balcony; can also view the bay from the front door walkway! The condo offers a queen bedroom, full bath with tub/shower combo; bunk beds in hallway, with another full bath with a shower. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including all utensils needed for cooking; also has a toaster and Keurig. Television in both the living and bedroom. WiFi included. A large balcony, with cushioned chairs and a table, that overlooks the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has been updated since purchasing in May. Updates include removing the carpet and replacing with wood floors, new paint, new sofa bed mattress, a new mattress topper for the queen bed, and new linens all over.
