The upgraded chef’s kitchen comes with a large island, brand new appliances: side by side refrigerator/freezer with in-the-door ice and water dispenser, 5 burner gas stove and oven, a microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. Cooking and dining ware, dishwashing, cleaning essentials, and trash bags are provided.

Guests traveling for business can utilize the spacious island in the kitchen which is equipped with built in power and USB outlets ready to power your mobile devices.

The 6 bedrooms all feature king beds. Before check-in and upon request - 2 of the beds can be converted into large 4 twin xl’s - for the comfort of larger groups. All feature blackout drapes, with pull shades and ceiling fans. Every bedroom contains a large 4K smart TV most, 65” to 75”. Every nightstand has a USB port and additional electrical outlet built-in. In room there are carry-on luggage racks, clothes hangers, and shoe racks inside every bedroom closet for your convenience. We also provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body was, lotion and luxurious ultra-plush towels.

This home also comes with a bonus room for all you entertainment needs including a foosball table, 75" Smart TV, and many card and board games

The backyard was professionally designed with a one of a kind resort experience in mind. It contains an expansive swimming pool with spa and tanning ledge. There are several designated tanning areas equipped with lounge chairs. Plenty of pool towels are provided for your stay. The back patio is covered with 2 cooling fans and a large 4k Smart TV to enjoy entertainment outside. There are 6 chaise lounge chairs with umbrellas that flank the saltwater pool and two lounge chairs with umbrellas on the tanning ledge in the pool. Backyard also includes fire urns, a fire pit with lounge area, and a natural gas BBQ.

Backyard activities for your enjoyment include bocce ball, corn hole, darts and many other games as well as a yoga area with mats provided.

There is a $100 fee per day if you would like to heat the pool. Please give me 24 hours notice to activate this feature.
