Location is great for sporting events or anything downtown. House is clean and bed was super comfy. Very functional layout for big group. Charlotte is an excellent host. Instructions were clear and easy, she checked in during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything, and even sent us a little welcome snack. So thoughtful and proactive. Thank you!!

We loved our stay! The rooftop patio was amazing! It was close to George R. Brown Convention Center, and other downtown fun. This beautiful home is even more spacious than the photos represent. 5 stars.

Our stay at this location was amazing! The property looks exactly how pictured with a beautiful skyline view on the roof top. The hostess was so very gracious and amazing throughout our stay with making sure our stay was exceptional. My family and I will be booking this location on our next trip back.

Weekend work trip

I am from Dallas and had to stay in Houston for the weekend for a Pilates intensive training, I have never been to Houston before so I picked this location based on reviews and photos and I was not disappointed!! Not only was it perfectly placed in such a cool neighborhood so close to everything I needed, but the house was amazing. So calm and peaceful but also very clean new and spacious. The hosts were extremely informative and everything went smoothly, when I come back I will be staying here again! 10/10 experience

This was a wonderful rental. Our host was excellent. We had a few minor questions that she cleared up within minutes. I wish all our VRBO hosts were this responsive. She also provided a few "goodies" during our stay, which were most appreciated.The rental was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, spatulas and other tools. We like to cook at home whenever we can...and this kitchen supported that. The family room "hang out" area was super comfortable and conducive to, well, hanging out for hours on end.If I could rate our host as a 6 out of 5 I would do so. She really was over-the-top helpful and made our check in and check out process seamless and easy. I would rent this place in a heartbeat in the future. This really was about the best VRBO experience I have had over 20 years of rentals.

Our stay in Houston was very good overall. The house was clean, practical, and had more than enough space for our family. The community itself was quiet and peaceful, although some nearby areas did not feel as friendly. That said, considering the price, I honestly do not think you can find a better option.
