On and departure usually only Friday, Saturday or Sunday possible. In beautiful south facing, quiet location, this exclusive holiday home was finished in the years 2015/2018 elaborately and with great attention to detail (this part will be rented from the summer of 2018 as a holiday home).
On approx. 145 m² over 2 floors you can expect a modern feel-good design on a high level with 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and in one bedroom additionally a sofa bed. The living room has a sofa bed.
A small bathroom with shower / toilet and washer and dryer and a larger bathroom with rain shower, whirlpool, toilet bidet and double sink.
In the EC is a smaller apartment.
In the garden is a small pool to cool down (too small to swim) and a sauna (for a fee). Garden and pool for sole use.
All guests receive the Konuskarte and the Gutachtalkarte for free train and bus use and many free or discounted leisure activities in the Black Forest.
You will feel the feel-good atmosphere and the attention to detail - promised!
A security deposit of 200 Euro will be charged upon arrival and refunded upon departure.
The well-known attractions of the Black Forest are in close proximity. Marked trails start right outside the front door
