The family-friendly house is ideally suited to spend a relaxing holiday in beautiful Chiemgau.
The house has a bedroom with dressing room and integrated bathroom and two large children's rooms with an external children's pool. All bedrooms, as well as living room, dining room and kitchen are south-facing with distant and mountain views. A central ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The house is cozy and modern equipped with every comfort (stereo with DVD player, flat screen TV, high quality kitchen with steamer, oven and microwave).
Covered parking spaces for bicycles are available between the house and the garage.
In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a children's playground. The sports field and tennis courts are within walking distance in just a few minutes. Likewise the baker and health food store.
Breitbrunn has its own beach with a kiosk and beach volleyball court.

Perfekte Tage im Chiemgau

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dem tollen Haus von Frau Stromer verbracht. In diesem Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (und noch viel mehr). Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es waren traumhafte 14 Tage und der schönste Urlaub als Familie. Es war alles sauber, ein sehr freundlicher Austausch mit der Vermieterin. Ein wunderschöner Garten, der zum Träumen einlädt. Super locatie

Wij hebben een super goede vakantie gehad. Een prachtig huis, welke ook volledig was ingericht. Een grote tuin met uitzicht op de bergen. Daarnaast een mooie omgeving zo dicht bij de Chiemsee. Dit vakantieadres is zeker aan te raden!

Herrlicher Urlaub - Wohnen wie zuhause

Das Ferienhaus ist vom Freinsten, es fehlt in der gehobenen Ausstattung wirklich an nichts. Ich sag nur zwei Wagner Grill, Gas und Holzkohle. Drei Bäder jeweils mit Toilette und Dusche. Eine Küche in der sich auch Chefköche austoben könnten. Große Terrasse mit zwei elektrischen Markissen. Im Keller ein Staubsauger und eine Waschmaschine. Für den fehlenden Seeblick entschädigt das Alpenpanorama mit der Kampenwand. Wir haben als Familie mit 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene zwei Teenager) genügend Platz und Rückzugsfläche und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Chiemsee ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen und wenn er zu kalt ist gehts nach Eggstädt in den Hartsee. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Backwarenverkauf und in den Nachbarorten Supermärkte.

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein gepflegter und schön gestalteter Garten gehört dazu und einen herrlicher Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge gibt es auch. Die Küche ist hervorragend bestückt mit hochwertigen Geräten, vielen Kochutensilien, Geschirr etc. - es war absolut alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Rundum ein tolles Haus, in das wir sofort einziehen würden. Die Lage am Ortsrand ist perfekt, viele Fahrrad- und Wanderrouten können direkt vor der Haustür gestartet werden. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in Breitbrunn.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Absprache mit der Vermieterin hat gut geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und hat einen idyllischen Ausblick auf die Berge. Mit dem Auto ist der Chiemsee in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub gehabt und können das Objekt sehr empfehlenswert.

Es war für uns alles perfekt im Haus.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Lage, die Aussicht und die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vom Haus aus sind toll. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung insbesondere im Küchenbereich haben uns die Woche erholsam begleitet. Auch der Außenbereich mit großzügiger Terrasse konnten wir bei schönem Wetter richtig nutzen.

Urlaub in Alpensichtweite

Dieses Haus lädt bereits beim Betreten zum Wohlfühlen ein. Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer liegen alle in Sonnen- und traumhafter Alpenblickrichtung, ebenso die sehr geräumige und ansprechend ausgestattete Wohnküche. Alle Räume wirken durch große Fensterflächen sehr hell und freundlich. Auch die Bäder lassen keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus schlicht und ergreifend sehr wohl gefühlt.
