Apartment 'Chiemsee Schwanenloft' with Garden, Wi-Fi and Parking Space
The tastefully furnished apartment impresses with three beautiful rooms (2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 living-dining area with open kitchen). There is a garden, a covered terrace and two exclusive parking spaces. The apartment is located right in the village center - at the heart of the action. And only 150 meters from the lake! In winter, the nearest ski area is just a 40-minute drive away.
Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and parties are not allowed.
Guests must bring their own towels.
Tea towels, kitchen towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided on site.
Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored in a covered area in the garden.
The accommodation has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. Further information is available on site.

Schöne Wohnung, gute (aber laute) Lage
Pros: Zwei identische Schlafzimmer mit schönen Doppelbetten, ein großes Duschbad mit Waschmaschine (Gold wert mit Baby und Hund) und ein schönes großes Wohn-Esszimmer. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, Spülmaschine und Herd zum abendlichen Kochen. Man ist schnell in allen Richtungen unterwegs, Edeka, Tankstelle, Autobahn und die Berge sind prima zu erreichen. W-LAN war stabil, konnten also gut mit Laptop Fernsehen am Abend.
Cons: Kein Fernseher, kein Toaster, keine Mikrowelle, laute Hauptverkehrsstrasse.
Aber das sind alles Sachen, mit den kann man gut leben.

Osterferien am Chiemsee
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen - sie war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das einzige was nicht da war, war ein Fernseher, aber der hat uns nicht wirklich gefehlt. Es gibt dort gutes WLAN/Internet und so konnte man Filme auf dem iPad streamen.
Dank der guten Lage (nur 100m vom See entfernt) haben wir jeden Abend einen Spaziergang runter zum See machen können. Der Chiemsee ist toll für Ausflüge: eine Bootstour zur Herren- und Fraueninsel ist ein Muss, wir haben eine schöne Wanderung in den Bergen gemacht, eine Radtour um den See ist absolut zu empfehlen und wir machten auch einen Tagesausflug nach Salzburg. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit die Boote noch nicht von Seebruck aus fuhren und auch unter der Woche der lokale Fahrradverleih nicht auf hatte - allerdings gab es all das in Gstadt. War ein schöner Aufenthalt!
