House with a large garden, 30min from Hamburg

We live in the metropolitan region of Hamburg between the North and Baltic Seas. You will have a lot of space in the house and garden. Our accommodation is well suited for families (with children). A train connection to Hamburg, an outdoor swimming pool, a skating rink and a DFB soccer field are available in town. Due to an open staircase and the open pool, special care is required with small children.
Since we are a private household, we have no "pool boy" to take care of the pool during their stay (suction, chlorine, ...). Depending on how long we have been on vacation or the weather, there is no guarantee of pool use.
Basically you have to bring your own bed linen and towels, but if you want to use some of them, this is not a problem. For this we charge € 10 per person, which is payable to us in cash. A precise agreement is made personally.
There is a smoking ban throughout the house and a ban on parties / events
The property is completely fenced, since a dog (who always goes on vacation) and chickens belong.
You sleep very calmly.
There is an outdoor swimming pool, a multi-generation court (boules, skating, chess, basketball and much more), a DFB football field and a baker's wagon for fresh bread.
