Spacious 200 m² holiday home for up to 7 people in a quiet location near Hamburg (approx. 45 min). Ideal for families, groups, or visitors to Hamburg looking for a relaxing stay. Features a large garden, a patio, and 3 parking spaces right next to the house.

Our lovingly furnished holiday home in Barmstedt is located on a quiet side street and offers space, comfort, and privacy—ideal for families, groups of friends, or a relaxing stay with multiple generations. At the same time, you can reach Hamburg in no time and have numerous attractions right on your doorstep.

The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking together in the evenings. Two cosy living rooms invite you to relax, read, or enjoy social evenings. Entertainment is provided by a large TV with a PlayStation 5, Netflix, and Disney Plus.

There are three bedrooms in total, one of which has a balcony on the upper floor that serves as an ideal quiet retreat. The living space is complemented by a separate reading room—perfect for relaxing or working. Three bathrooms provide additional comfort: a guest bathroom with a toilet, a separate shower room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

A special highlight is the party basement, which offers plenty of space for get-togethers, games, or small gatherings. Outside, you’ll find a cosy terrace with a garden, ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, or sunbathing.

The surrounding area is perfect for walks, bike rides, and day trips. Lake Rantzau, Barmstedt Castle Island, and other nature and recreational attractions are nearby. Hamburg—with its harbour, Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt, and numerous cultural attractions—is within easy reach. Day trips to the North Sea or the Baltic Sea are also easily possible.

Our holiday home is a smoke-free and pet-free property (out of consideration for guests with allergies). We place great importance on treating the house and the area with respect.

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sie ist sehr groß, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr gut. Ðid Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Alles vorhanden was man braucht, saubere Unterkunft. Bahnhof in der Nähe, auch ohne Auto alles gut erreichbar. Etwas irreführend war die Anzahl der Badezimmer. Es werden 2 angegeben, es war aber ein großes Badezimmer, eine separate Dusche und eine Gästetoilette.

Besser kann man es nicht treffen :). Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sauber und top gepflegt. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Vom Supermarkt bis zum Restaurant. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dann hoffentlich länger bleiben, als nur ein Wochenende. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeber.

Ein sehr schönes und großes Haus in ruhiger Lage, absolut sauber und problemlos zu beziehen. Entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung, und das zu einem guten Preis.
