Οικογενειακό εξοχικό διαμέρισμα δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Πολύ πρακτικό και καλά εξοπλισμένο, σε συγκρότημα ανεξάρτητων κατοικιών με απίστευτη θέα στον Νότιο Ευβοϊκό. Άνετοι και όμορφοι υπαίθριοι χώροι 500τμ με μεγάλο κιόσκι, BBQ, ξυλόφουρνο, κήπο, ιδιωτικό πάρκινκ για 3 αυτοκίνητα. Μόνο 50μ απο τη θάλασσα χωρίς να σας χωρίζει τίποτα απο αυτήν! Περάστε όμορφες στιγμές στην πανέμορφη παραλία με λεπτή άμμο, στη σκία της παραλιακής πέργκολας, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να κουβαλάτε και να στήνετε ομπρέλες, στα καταγάλανα και πεντακάθαρα νερά του κόλπου των Νέων Στυρών.
