The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex. It has 37 m² of living space and a garden of about 20 m². The garden is completely covered, so that one is relatively secluded. The apartment has a private parking place, just a few meters from the front door. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob (4 plates), microwave, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom contains a rainwater shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed (1.4m) and a fixed mosquito net in front of the window. The window of the bedroom goes north. There is free Wifi and a TV with 12 German programs.

Guests have the apartment for themselves incl. Garden, as a contact person on the spot is a lady available, which lives in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
