Gorgeous Gulf Front Estate with Heated Pools, Private Pier, and Walk to the Boardwalk!

A stunning, gated, private estate home with breathtaking views, its own private pier with a two-tier dock. Cast a line on the pier and catch different kinds of fish!

A large family room, large bar, poker table, pool table, dartboard area, with walls of glass throughout to enjoy the magnificent views of the bay.

There are 2 pools, 1 2ft pool for children, the center pool is 5ft, perfect for volleyball, or just sit and relax on 1 of the 5 submerged pool bar stools. The pool heaters can be used during the cooler winter months, November to March, at guests' request, for a daily charge of $75. Please note, with cold winds blowing or rain, it is simply not possible to keep the pools heated to the optimum temperature.

There are many games to keep everyone entertained, from swimming or Volleyball, basketball to corn-holes, croquet, bocce ball, giant Jenga, and more. There are swings for the children to use.

This home has its own private 300ft fishing pier with a two-tier boathouse, relax and enjoy the sun from the second floor of the deck, watch boats cruise by, or relax, listening to the lapping water. It is perfect to enjoy day or night-time fishing, with lights available for night-time fishing. The sunrises are incredible, especially from the dock. Often, you will see pods of dolphins enjoying the morning undisturbed, truly a beautiful sight to behold. Have your camera ready!

The property is very well maintained, with our full-time groundskeeper taking care of the property and landscaping. Trash is taken out on Mondays and Thursdays. Guests are responsible for their trash to be properly bagged and put in the provided trash cans which will be emptied Mondays and Thursdays.

We have a Professional Car Service which can be booked, for airport pickups or drop offs, tours etc. Please let us know if you would like to use this service.

Kemah is located on Galveston Bay, where constant breezes and endless family entertainment abound, with a variety of restaurants and bars.

1/4 mile away there is a park with tennis courts, basketball, skateboard track and playground.

1/2 mile away is Kemah Boardwalk, which enjoys magnificent tranquil Galveston Bay views, to endless entertainment for everyone with games and rides.

From fine dining to family restaurants, Kemah Boardwalk offers many styles of cuisine for all to enjoy. The variety of charming stores on the Boardwalk makes for great browsing. There are theme-park rides, a stingray touch pool and a rain forest exhibit with snakes and turtles. Nearby, the Kemah Lighthouse District is filled with a plethora of shops and restaurants. The Old Kemah Schoolhouse has a museum and visitor center.

With constant breezes year round, Kemah is a popular place to visit, with seasonal festivities, a constant stream of boats through the Kemah channel, lots of music festivals and fun.

After New Year festivities of music and fireworks, there is Mardi Gras, always fun on the Boardwalk. The Kemah Crawfish Festival, in March and April, features seafood and music under the Kemah Bridge. Throughout the summer months, there are music festivals, boat races, and fireworks on Friday nights for everyone to enjoy. For Halloween, Kemah has its very own Haunted House. Thanksgiving is remembered every year with the Boardwalk decorated appropriately. Christmas time is beautiful, with decorations and lights, it is a sight to behold. The Christmas Store has many gorgeous decorations, definitely worth visiting, and it is open year-round!

In Galveston, just 25 mins away, is an old tradition, 'Dickens on the Strand', an annual and wonderful event. Celebrating Christmas in Dickensian times, people come from far and wide to enjoy and be part of this fun and history, in Dickensian costume or 'just as you are', it is an experience to remember.

Kemah/Clear Lake is the third-largest boating area in the USA.

The bayside City of Kemah community is just 35 minutes south of Houston and 25 minutes north of Galveston.

NASA Space Center is just 4 miles away, an absolute must to visit, from young to old, there is something for everyone. There are many different tours, you can spend 6 hours to 6 days, definitely an experience not to be missed.

Galveston Island is 25 minutes from the house. Its many features include Moody Gardens, where giant glass pyramids house sharks, monkeys, and butterflies, to name just a few. Galveston Pleasure Pier with rides and restaurants, Schlitterbahn water park, Galveston Island Historic District, Sea Wolf Park and the famous old Grand 1894 Opera House.

West is bird-rich Galveston Island State Park, with its trails, kayak launches and fishing spots. Stewart Beach and East Beach are on the island’s eastern side.
