Spacious laundry room w/ cabinets. Covered parking. Short walk to pool, spa, tennis court w/ pickleball lines, bocce and putting green. NEWLY expanded clubhouse with restaurant/bar and fitness center. Short drive to botanical garden, 5th Ave. shopping, restaurants and the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. $250 one-time transfer fee for Golf membership (Not mandatory) and use of all beautiful club facilities. $100 application fee to the association. Must be at least a one-month rental; no pets allowed.
