This is a lovely property in the heart of Banner Elk, in walking distance to restaurants and the town park along with being convenient to many area attractions.
July is a great month to enjoy all the activities in the adorable town of Banner Elk. This townhome was in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, the farmers market, food trucks and so much more. Perfect location to it all including the 4th of July parade. We absolutely loved it! We would definitely stay again. Very clean, and well maintained townhouse with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Ellen,
We are so happy you and your family enjoyed your stay and beautiful Banner Elk summer! We were happy to host you all.
Brought the kids for their first ski experience at Sugar Mountain. This house was an awesome place to relax and sleep after a long day. Restaurants close by, grocery down the road. Great spot!! The house is easy to get to, clean, and plenty of room!!
The condo is very well-maintained, and it is very clean. It is located adjacent to Lees-McRae College. Restaurants are a short walk away. Beds are comfortable. Communication is clear, and everything is as described.

We stayed five nights and would definitely return. Clean and close to restaurants and the “greenway” city park. We particularly liked eating on the porch at the steak house Stonewall, which is at most a 5 minute walk. Each morning and evening we sat on the back lower balcony of the townhouse and watched deer eat apples from a wild apple tree in the back. Easy parking on the driveway. Highly recommend.
We had a lovely stay in a great condo in Banner Elk. It was so close to restaurants, parks and other attractions. We would definitely recommend staying.
My husband and I absolutely loved this townhouse, it’s walking distance to everything in Banner Elk and short drives to Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock and Beech Mountain! Faith was a great host and answered any questions we had and gave us ideas on where to explore. The home was clean and very comfortable! We will definitely be back, it is such a beautiful area! We brought our daughter to Banner Elk to check out the college. We loved our stay and felt right at home. We loved that we could walk to all of our destinations- campus and the square. Visiting the nearby mountains was such an amazing experience. We will be back 🥰
