BEST LOCATION
The condo brags of an awesome location and overlooks Jockey Ridge State pk and the Roanoke Sound. There is a secluded beach area which is great for the family. Perfect place to kitesurf, paddle board and windsurf due to its shallow body of water. Two pools w/o, lifeguards. Tennis courts, swings, hiking and biking trails with pier and boat ramp. Close to the main beach and tourist attractions. Central to OBX community including Corolla, Duck, Kill Devils Hill, Manteo, Hatteras. However, this gem also offers quiet time and secluded beaches out of the back door, away from the main tourist areas.

OBX Vaca

We enjoyed our vaca to the OBX. Great location to beaches, dunes, Manteo, light houses. Spent time kayaking and beaches on Pea Island.Condo was clean, comfortable, enjoyed pool and sunsets at pier. Thanks Michelle for sharing your beachy condo with us. Hope to be back again.

Townhome on the dunes

The listing was very accurate and communication with the owner exceeded any expectations. The townhome was perfect for our family-clean, and close to everything! The best part was at night watching the moon shine on the dunes from the balcony. Excellent location! We also enjoyed the sunset from the pier toward the back of the development.

Villa Dunes Nags Head - nice getaway

This condo has many pluses. Very clean and comfortable. the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. Lots of hangers and hooks. It's in a lovely, quiet setting overlooking the Jockey Ridge and Albermarle Sound. The Host has left many brochures and other tourism materials.

As they often say in real estate... Location, location, location! This condo is in a wonderful location! Quietly tucked away in a gated community next to the Jockey's Ridge sand dunes. You literally walk out the back patio and onto the dunes! And after a 5 minute walk you're on a secluded private beach on the sound! Needless to say, the views from the condo are gorgeous and everything you look for in a beach property. The interior was beautifully decorated as well and our host provided all the basics needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I was really impressed with the freshly linened vaccuum-sealed towels awaiting each of us on our beds. A+ stay overall! We will definitely consider returning next time we're in Nags Head!

I have been a Registered Nurse for 20 years and also teach nursing. I am an avid animal lover and spend much of my free time jogging with my dogs, playing in the water, paddle boarding, trying to windsurf and hiking the Dunes. That is where I find my peace and quiet.

Why they chose this property

This property has the best views in the neighborhood bragging both Roanoke Sound and Jockey Ridge State Park sand dunes views and access. I can watch the kite flying and hang gliding from my balcony and patio. I can also watch the windsurfer and Kiteboarders too. With the secluded beaches it is easy to carry chairs and floaters and run back for food or bathroom breaks easily. I am close to a nature preserve which is where I jog and it has many trails for hiking. There are two pools available to guests, pier, boat ramp, trailer and boat parking, firepit and two tennis courts. This truly is my happy place. I have renovated every inch of this home myself and renovated or made my own furniture. There is also a boat ramp and special parking spaces for boats and trailers (not RV's) so bring your boat along....

What makes this property unique

The location and view are the unique benefits. Just reading a book or romancing or relaxing just looking at the views is mesmerizing. It offers the luxury of being close enough to local activities, but it brags of being a hidden gem in a quiet gated community (certain months). You get the water view and Dune views but don't pay Beach View pricing. It is great value and I love hosting my guests.
