Important Considerations

→ We have a very reliable plow company that comes to clear the driveway (when more than 2 inches of snow).
→ We don't live on the property but are text/call away.
→ We have a maintenance team that's available to address any urgent matters.
→ If there is an unexpected power outage, we will contact the power company immediately to ensure they restore the power ASAP.
