Umweltfreundliche FeWo (68qm) in Passivhaus im OG mit Dachterrasse

Das Passivhaus steht für hohen Wohnkomfort, frische Luft in allen Wohnräumen, Schimmelfreiheit und hohe Umweltfreundlichkeit. Unser Haus ist Gewinner des Architektenwettbewerbs in Bayern 2018. Die neue, helle Ferienwohnung (2017, 68 m2) mit eigenem Zugang, großer Dachterrasse und tollem Ausblick befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Sie ist Teil eines Passivhauses und verfügt über ein Lüftungssystem, damit stets Frischluft vorhanden ist. Die Unterkunft ist aufgeteilt in Flur, Bad, zwei Schlafzimmern und Wohn- Essraum. Die Räume sind mit Natursteinfliesen, Eichenfußböden und Massivholztüren ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung besteht aus modernen Naturholzmöbeln. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine komplette Küchenzeile mit Esstisch und Stühlen nebst Polstermöbeln, TV-SAT und Radio. Ein Schlafzimmer beinhaltet ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und ein Sofa. Das Einzelzimmer hat Bett und Kleiderschrank. Die Dusche im Bad ist ebenerdig. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine Fußbodenheizung und im Wohnraum zusätzlich einen Holzofen.

Passivhaus

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war gut,sowie die gesamte Ausstattung. Allerdings war die Einweisung durch die Vermieterin sehr anstrengend. Für Fahrradfahrer mit E Bike ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen,weil das Akku nicht mit ins Haus genommen werden darf. Dies müsste mit in die Beschreibung der Wohnung..

Kurzurlaub im schönen Frankenland

Der gesamte Aufenthalt in der umweltfreundlichen Fewo im Passivhaus in Georgensgmünd war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, freundlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Eine Kleinigkeit möchten wir jedoch bemängeln, manche Hinweisschilder in der Wohnung waren nach unserem dafürhalten etwas übertrieben.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben in Georgensgmünd und Umgebung sehr schöne Tage verlebt, konnten schöne Radtouren machen und die wunderbaren Seen genießen. Die FeWo war super gepflegt und bis ins letzte Detail äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Peaceful and relaxing

The property was very high quality, spotlessly clean and in a very quiet area. Modern, good quality appliances contrast with older lounge furniture, which was still comfortable. The shower was excellent! The hosts are environmentally conscious and made recycling very easy. There were some basic provisions available in the kitchen which made shopping a bit easier. It's 15 - 20 minutes walk to the train station and we enjoyed finding different routes to walk. The hosts were very helpful indeed and easy to contact during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean and Quiet

My father stayed for two nights here on a whirlwind tour of the German and Austrian Alps. This part of the trip was the last two days. The owners are very nice, and went out of their way to help my father and I (even if they didn't speak much English). Still, would stay again in this respite in a heartbeat.
