The Townhome

This is a two-story, 2BR/2BA townhome with exclusive access to the entire home.

• Washer and dryer in unit

Pets

Pets may be considered with prior approval. Guests planning to bring a pet must contact the host before booking. Insurance restrictions apply to certain breeds, and exotic pets are not permitted. There is no fenced yard; HOA guidelines require dogs to be leashed outdoors and waste to be cleaned up.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly professional cleaning is required and is included in the fees already paid. Cleanings are scheduled in coordination with the guest and completed with advance notice to ensure the home remains well maintained.
