Overall, a positive experience hosting this guest. They left the property clean and in good condition, and there were no issues during their stay. The only minor area for improvement would be communication. I prefer to keep all communication within the Vrbo app for clarity and tracking, but the guest opted to use private email. At times, I did not receive confirmation that messages were received, which created a bit of uncertainty. That said, this was not a major issue, and I would still recommend this guest to other hosts.

Fantastic!

The house perfectly met our needs, our cat loved bird/Squirrel watching on the porch. It was centrally located and easy to get out main roads. Everything was clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire time in Charleston!

James Island location

Location was great. 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to Folly Beach (weekdays). Quite area. The only drawback (from our perspective) was no outdoor grill or furniture available to sit outside.
