This Townhome on James Island has been renovated from top to bottom. When you come to stay at our abode you will be surprised at how well stocked the home is. Linens, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, baking tins, kitchen aid mixer, spices a keurig, washer/ dryer. All you need is your suitcase! Gas grill with seating for 4 in enclosed courtyard. Storage room has several beach chairs, toys, umbrella. The location is ideal for one visiting Charleston. You are centrally located just off the beaten path but can get to all of the hotspots in just a short drive! New Restaurants are a plenty within a 5 minute drive. There are 5-6 grocery stores within 10 minutes of the property. There's games for the kids or adults.. You will not be disappointed by this beautifully maintained Charleston home!!

Beautiful property close to downtown Charleston

We absolutely loved staying in Elizabeth’s beautiful home. The house was perfectly in between folly beach and downtown Charleston, either of which were only 10 minutes away. Would stay again!

Great couple day stay!

We really enjoyed our few days spent at the rental. It was decorated very cute and was super cozy. It was very clean and a great location to both Folly beach and downtown Charleston. We would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a comfy vacay!

We very much enjoyed our time at your place! We especially loved being so close to everything while still being in a quiet neighborhood with an awesome walking trail and tons of wonderful wildlife. We will definitely be back!

Nice unit, well located.

Easy location on James Island convenient to Golly Beach and downtown Charleston. Unit was clean, well stocked and as advertised. We would stay here again.

Great location for the various places in Charleston!

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay here. Very convenient, on-site, safe parking, 2 BR, 2BA. Lots of kitchen ware, pretty back yard. Elizabeth very responsive to a few needs and questions.

Great stay in Charleston

We had a wonderful time staying here with our dogs for our trip to Charleston. The location is great, it’s located close to both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The house was great and the backyard space was perfect. We even enjoyed the neighborhood the house is located within. There was several walking trails throughout which we perfect for running in the morning and walking our dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute and Cozy Townhome

My husband and I, along with our teenage children enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. It's very close to Walmart which was very convenient. Elizabeth had all the comforts of home already there, so it really felt like home during our stay. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Charleston!

Perfect lodging for all Charleston has to offer

This townhouse is so very comfortable! Elizabeth has thought to include everything and has so many lovely touches! From this property it is only a quick drive into the historic section of the city, a short drive to the beach and another leisurely drive out to the plantations! After a busy day, we truly felt like we were coming home! We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning which would also be perfect for lunch or dinner!

The house was fantastic! It was everything we expected. Very comfortable and homey.

The house was very well located for anything you would want to do in the area. We went into Charleston, took a carriage ride and visited the market. Took the ferry ride to Fort Sumter. Visited the Boone plantation, well worth a visit. Went to the Magnolia cemetery very interesting place. Took a ride to Folly beach. The Festival of lights was Fantastic!!

Weekend in Charleston

This townhome is perfectly located midpoint between Charleston and Folly Beach. The home was perfect for 2 couples and is well cared for. It is easy to gain entry via detailed communication with the owner. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with restaurants and shopping near by. The home is fully stocked for cooking. The backyard is perfect for grilling and relaxing outdoors. We can't wait to visit again.

Great stay again

We have stayed at this VRBO property several times. The condo is very well located with proximity to both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach each a 15 minute drive depending on traffic We get up early and go walk Folly Beach at sunrise daily to avoid the crowds The condo itself is very nice, very well decorated for a relaxing stay. The outside patio is our favorite space. The development has several nice walking paths. Would highly recommend this property and will return here again when visiting this area.

WE LOVED STAYING HERE, IT WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND JUST PERFECT FOR OUR DOG WITH THE FENCED IN BACK YARD. I LOVED THE LAY OUT OF THE TOWNHOUSE AND THE COOL WAY IT IS DECORATED. IT WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. WE TRAVEL ALOT AND I USUALLY HAVE TO TAKE EXTRA LAUNDRY SOAP, DISHWASHER, ETC., THIS PLACE WAS STOCKED AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BRING YOUR CLOTHES. Hot but Happy in our Home Away from Home

Our family loved this home! I'm so glad we had such a nice, cool place to stay during the extreme heat, humidity and storms. Since my husband's name is Morris, we enjoyed the boat ride over to Morris Island with Captain Gresh and Absolute Reel Screamer Charters. The Pour House is a good place to listen to a live band for free every evening at 6:00. James Island County Park is a nice place to go. We especially enjoyed watching the dogs run around and swim in the dog park there. I can't wait to come back in cooler weather.

peaceful easy feeling

This home on James island was in a perfect location for us as it is 10-15 from Charleston, Folly beach, Morris island lighthouse. It was located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great walking trails. The home itself was beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and lacked for nothing. The small backyard was very useful and very well maintained. I even did some yoga and stretching on the comfortable artificial grass!! I would highly recommend this home as a central homing point for exploration all around the Charleston area!!

This property is beautiful! Tastefully decorated, has everything you need!

Our pups loved the fenced in patio area! It was very private and magical!Very nice gas grill (we didn’t have time to use). I found myself watering the flowers on the patio every morning with my coffee. The home is conveniently located to everything. We had a wedding at Magnolia Plantation, but also had lunch at Folly Beach and toured Charleston. Lots of restaurants close by. And grocery stores as well as Walmart. Wonderful paved walkway around property where we walked our pups. Quiet neighborhood..,and the air conditioner was my husbands favorite as our weekend was extremely hot!! Folly beach

I chose this home for its location and its sweet backyard. The two bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms were on opposite sides of the living room …. the property is quiet, we both slept really well. Every morning we had coffee and breakfast on the charming backyard patio where there was a nice shade. There are walking trails right outside the back gate of the property which go around a little pond. The house is set in a development which makes it feel very safe and secure. It’s 15 minutes to Charleston and 15 minutes to Folly beach. We ate in Charleston every night…. And went to the beach everyday. Really a great stay. The only thing I would say is bring your own coffee. They have a Keurig and a reusable pod so we could use our own coffee. They only had flavored pods. I also found the check out to be a little much …..running the dishwasher, taking out the trash, doing a load of towels and we had to strip the beds too. It was an easy enough place to leave ship shape. If you watch tv there are three huge ones. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy excellent cottage

This was the PERFECT location. My son and I was in the middle of relocating and stayed at this property for a month. Perfect location to everything..The beach, stores, downtown, and shopping all was in a 3 to 10 minute drive and even a 4 minute walk to Walmart.The house was everything we needed. Perfect 2 bed & 2 bath. Pefect Private backyard with the space you need to exercise and grill. We griilled almost everyday. The kitchen was great for cooking and had all the things you need to cook.If you watch TV excellent channels and smart TV's in living room and bedroons.The neighborhood was excellent. It has a track that you can walk for exercise. Everyone was friendly. Our host was excellent in communicating with us. We didn't have any problems.I would recommend this location to anyone and definitely would stay here again. . of relocating the process or relocat

Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for 20 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

Why they chose this property

Whether you are visiting Charleston for the first time or have been coming here for years, we know that there are so many things going on and who wants to spend all of their money on an expensive hotel when you can have all of the comforts in our home! We want travelers to have an enjoyable experience while not breaking the bank.

What makes this property unique

This particular property backs up to the walking paths and behind that is a beautifully wooded area where there's plenty of nature. One of my favorite features of the property is the backyard. It is a private area with all types of flowers great for your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the birds. Whether you spend a day at the beach or checking out the history of Charleston, this home will be a great spot to end your day relaxing.
