This condo is our second home and our only rental property, and, as our reviews attest, we are hands-on and responsive. Our condo is comfortable, well-kept, and nicely-appointed. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from a 26-foot private balcony, or relax on the white, sandy beach just steps from the elevator. Built in 2006, Crystal Shores West is one of the newest complexes in Gulf Shores. Our two-bed, two-bath condo features 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, granite countertops, indoor and outdoor dining areas, new living room furniture, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.

The master bedroom and living room have direct ocean view and balcony access. The balcony has a dining area and two new rocking chairs that are perfect for drinking coffee or tea at sunrise or an adult beverage at sunset. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and its own adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils.

Unit 206 is on the second floor of living units, located above three levels of elevated parking. We are just two flights of stairs above parking level 3, affording convenient access even during peak elevator-use times. Shared amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with hot tub, game room with billiard and foosball tables, fitness center, sauna, and barbecue area.

We are located approximately 1 mile west of Hwy 59. A convenience store and several restaurants are within walking distance: Pier 33 General Store & Beach Supply and Janino's Pizza, 0.2 miles away; Bahama Bob's restaurant, Surfside Pizza and Ice Cream, and Lauria's Italian Beach Bar, 0.5 miles; DeSoto's restaurant, The Hangout bar/restaurant, and Pink Pony bar/restaurant, 1 mile.

The condo is thoroughly cleaned after each stay using antibacterial cleaning products to wipe down all surfaces, including light/lamp switches, door handles, remotes, etc. Lysol is used on all surfaces before and after everything is cleaned. All linens, including comforter, are washed in hot water and bleach products, if possible. Check-in is contactless and convenient with our keyless entry lock.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 100% refund 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund (minus the VRBO service fee) 14-30 days before check-in. There is no refund if the traveler cancels less than 14 days before the check-in date.

Please note that Crystal Shores West is not a pet-friendly facility. Renters may not bring pets or "comfort animals" to this property. Service dogs are the only exception.
