Stunning Points West Oceanfront Resort 3 bedroom Ocean Point Beach house. Spacious floor plan with full kitchen, family / dining areas and exterior patios with bbq and hot tub. Convenient low bank waterfront location steps to the beach.
Points West Oceanfront Resort is a private 5 acre waterfront property consisting of multiple beach houses and suites. While our beach houses and suites are private, guests may occasionally encounter or see other guests and /or staff while visiting the 5 acre property.

Disclaimer: MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - the maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons agreed at time of booking. Any changes to this must be approved in writing prior to check in. Additional charge of $100 per person per night will be charged for all unlisted guests in addition to contract.

Beautiful views and peaceful environment

Arriving at this property we found the most beautiful views of the ocean. The peace of the environment was amazing and what Sooke is all about. The house is made with local wood and materials and fits into the space in harmony with the natural surroundings. There is another house nearby but we couldn’t hear a thing. It is about a 20 minute drive to the center of Sooke so you need a car to get around, but with a little beach at the bottom of the property you could happily hide away from it all and relax in the hot tub and the very comfortable beds. Everything we needed was available in the house. It worked well for our family and we enjoyed meeting the family and the dogs.

Perfection at Points West

The accommodation at this property was just as advertised. The family run property (of which there is presently 3 accommodation options) is well cared for and if you have any issues, they are on it right away as they also live on the property. We were there from early July to mid August and we’re surprised how much cooler it is than the rest of the island. The nights especially are quite cool which benefits a good nights sleep! We couldn’t get cell service out there (mostly because our own cell provider was weaker than the cell towers across the water in the U.S.) but the wifi is some of the best we’ve ever had! You will likely be coerced into playing tug-of-war with sticks that the owners dogs - Stanley and Bob - bring to you when you are outside enjoying the mesmerizing view of the water! We’ll miss you Stanley!
