Casa 3 Leones

The southeast of Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and bays. Life is original here but the well organized infrastructure makes the stay in the Santanyi area very pleasant. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the village, children's playgrounds, soccer fields and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is very well known and popular across the island.

The holiday home Casa 3 Leones was built in Es Llombards, part of Santanyi, close to the beaches of Es Trenc, Cap Ses Salines and the tranquil bathing bays S`Almunia and Mondrago

The large village house with solid natural stone walls, whose origins go back to the beginning of the last century, has been completely renovated and converted into a comfortable holiday home. The original structure was largely preserved, but brought up to date with the latest technology using modern materials.

It is a finca-style village house with a living space of approx. 220 sqm.

The house offers on the ground floor a spacious, modern living and dining area with AC and an open kitchen that is perfectly equipped. A shower room with guest toilet is available on the ground floor. A living room has been extensively restored and forms the stylish heart of the house. From here there is access to the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 bathrooms. Half of the entire upper floor, which extends over different levels, is occupied by the generously sized master room with bathroom ensuite.

The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, cypresses and citrus trees. The center of the property is the 13 meter long pool.

Various terraces make your stay outdoors pleasant and a covered pool lounge and an outdoor BBQ grill with gas make the property the ideal holiday seat in all seasons.

Pool with salt system, (salt water pool - no sea water pool)

Natural salt instead of chlorine
You don't necessarily need chlorine to treat pool water. A pool with a salt system does this work with salt!
The chloride from the salt destroys bacteria, viruses, algae and other organic materials.
The light salt content in the water is beneficial for the skin - especially for people with chlorine sensitivity.
The salt content is reduced to a minimum and is not comparable to sea water, which has a much higher salt concentration!

    - no skin irritation
    - no red eyes

Ziemlich perfekt!
Das Haus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Für 6 Personen ist es mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern und Bädern perfekt. Außer der Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, haben wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters hauptsächlich den Garten inklusive Außenküche genutzt. Das Highlight ist der Longpool, der nicht nur eine Abkühlung, sondern echtes Schwimmen möglich macht. So haben wir uns gerade wegen Covid-19 hier sehr wohl gefühlt. In der schwierigen Phase vor dem Urlaub haben uns die Vermieter hervorragend beraten und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr aufmerksam. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Was man wissen muss, ist, dass das Haus zur einen Seite an ein Nachbarhaus und zur anderen Seite an ein Fußballfeld grenzt. Da wir selber Fußball spielen, war das einerseits sehr gut für uns. Andererseits waren die Nachbarn in der ersten Woche sehr laut. Was könnte man noch besser machen? Schöne Weingläser sollten bei dem hohen Standard des Hauses eigentlich nicht fehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
