Easily walk to and from Englewood Beach when you spend a Cape Cod summer at Sea You Later in West Yarmouth. This four-bedroom, light-filled home is close to it all - beautiful beaches, the heart of historic Hyannis, the Cape Cod Mall, and the Bass River Golf Course.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning (not always found on the Cape) and an abundance of natural light. There are three living areas to choose from - a front living room, a rear sunroom, and an upstairs den - all with smart TVs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining room table; a gas grill and a dining table for summer barbecues await outside on the back deck as well.

When it comes to spending time outdoors, this home has you covered. You'll have two kayaks, chairs and an umbrella to bring with you to Englewood Beach, and an outdoor shower and a washer/dryer to welcome you back home. In the afternoons, you can set up the volleyball net in the backyard, swap stories around the firepit, and eventually head inside for a night of Netflix and Xbox 360 favorites.

Of the four bedrooms, two are on the main level (both with TVs, one with an en suite bathroom) and two are upstairs (including a great bunk room for kids).

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
