MEGA-FUN 5-bedroom villa "Woody's Roundup" on 1.67 acres of serene Arizona desert with gorgeous view of the Catalina Mountains.

Inside you'll find entertainment-galore, with a sparkling pool, bubbling jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, a spacious arcade room, and a huge 120" screen home theatre!

Situated in the stunning Catalina Foothills and minutes to golfing, food/shopping, and hiking, this home is the ultimate getaway for your Tucson desert adventure!

Gorgeous, peaceful neighborhood in the Catalina Foothills with luxury desert-style homes. Taking a stroll in this community is almost like going on a hike, with panoramic views of the mountains everywhere you look!

Guests will have access to entire home. We will send you a personalized check-in door code 1-2 days before you check-in. Doorbell camera on outside perimeter only.

——DETAILED INFORMATION——
***Baby Gear: We have a pack n play and a high chair available for guest use : )

***Pool Heating: In colder months (usually September/October through April, we can heat the pool. The pool heat fee is $65/day to heat to 80 degrees. Must be either heated or not heated for entire duration of your trip. Cannot pick and choose dates, as our heater needs time in advance to heat up before your trip).

***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee.

***Please NO parties or smoking of ANY kind inside or outside our home. Quiet hours outside (in backyard and courtyard) between 9pm and 9am. No outside guests allowed. Max 14 guests including children (excluding infants under 1 year)

***Our outdoor propane fire pit and BBQ grill uses propane tanks. Guests who would like to use these are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival. Most of the time the tank will have propane inside for your use, but if empty, you can take this tank and exchange it at most local gas stations/pharmacies/grocery stores/hardware stores for roughly $25. After your stay the tank must stay on property, so any additional remaining propane is left for the next guests.

***Please do not use the indoor fireplace

***A bypass road runs across the back of our house, but the home sits on about 1.7 acres with a lot of land between the road and the house, so it's generally not an issue for most guests : )

Ginormous and fun!

The property was fantastic! Clean, with all the necessary amenities and tons of extras. Everyone enjoyed the cinema, pool, arcade, pool table and hot tub! Our party of eight had room to spare. Check-in and check out instructions were easy to understand and while we had no need to contact the manager, we knew how to if we had needed. Great stay!

Great house for a family reunion

We rented this house for a family wedding weekend and really enjoyed the property. The little kids loved the games, the movie room and the pool/hottub. Plenty of space for gathering and the house was well furnished.

Excellent property for large group

Twelve of us gathered in Tucson to celebrate a family birthday. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The outdoor space was perfect for older members of our group to gather while the younger adults enjoyed the pool. The indoor space was great for meals and games in the evening. Everything was clean and well set-up for guests. Look forward to booking this property again in the future!

Good Large Group Experience

We were in town for a family wedding. We had plenty of supplies for our family of 8 for the entire trip. There were lots of things for everyone to do in and around the house. for the price of the stay and the price of the house we were disappointed in the condition of the house. decorative items not dusted, light switches dirty, counter were not wiped behind appliances, underbids not swept, body fluids on sheets in master bedroom with shared bath, no clocks in house, no iron, no dish cloths, teflon pans that where pealing (unsafe), no extra blankets or sheets (to put on while washing dirty sheets), floor was so dirty (everyones socks became soiled within the hours and I had to wash the entire floor in the house which is how I discover the underneath of the beds where not cleaned)

Beautiful & Relaxing

We traveled to Tucson for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family group. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing. We had beautiful weather and spend the majority of our time at the house on the back patio. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with all tons of cooking and serving needs. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Amazing property!!

We celebrated a birthday and the 4th of July at Woody’s and loved everyone moment. Each couple hosted a day of food, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Fantastic communication with the owners when we had questions. The home exceeded all our expectations and we hope to make this an annual trip. The pool was perfect, we made s’mores at the fire pit and played games in the game room, a perfect weekend filled with laughter and fun. Highly recommend this location!!

Large property nestled in the desert mountains

We rented this property to hosted a cousins reunion in our home town. The is a beautiful well-appointed home that was spacious and very comfortable. It is located the bottom of a canyon so noise from nearby traffic is noticeable but at the same time we enjoyed seeing javalina, bunnies, Prairie dogs, as well as a plethora of birds. We had no surprises because all the explanations were very clear. Communication with the host was immediate and exceptional.
