About this property

You can't find a condo closer to the water on Norris Lake! Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The condo is super clean with new mattresses and decor. The unit is located on the main level of the condo complex, which means no stairs for you! Park out front and walk right in! Lake access is especially convenient. The community boat ramp is next to the condo complex (which doubles as great entertainment) and the boat slip is just steps away. There is plenty of trailer parking in a designated area. No boat - no worries! There are many fun things to do in the best cul-de-sac on the lake! You can swim, float, kayak, paddle board and fish all you want - right off the dock in the private "no wake" cove. There are 2 rope swings located in the cove and we are just beyond the famous jumping bridge. We have a community pool to enjoy as well as a 1/2 mile walking path that runs along the beautiful wooded waterline. After a full day of water and sun, relax on the private covered back deck with views of the lake, equipped with a Blackstone grill and ample seating.

The master has a king bed, full bath and garden tub and shower. This room has TV with Ruku for streaming. Guest room has a queen bed and large closet. Bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 6! All guest have access to a single boat slip. You can stay in the off season and relax to beautiful fall foliage, peace and wildlife, fishing, ATV riding and holiday fun with family.

Paradise cove

Great stay in a perfect location! We loved the view and watching the boat ramp for extra entertainment! Norris Lake is gorgeous!

Great Getaway!

Though you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, the condo is modern and cozy and right on the cove! The beds were very comfortable, well stocked kitchen supplies, laundry room, very clean, lots of blankets for our late night living room chats, and a super spacious and cute patio. We were bummed that we couldn't stay longer! The only "issue" I would say was the parking. It was Labor Day weekend so it was busy but we had little to no parking. We had 3 vehicles and consistently had to park behind one another or down away from our condo. Definitely worth a revisit!

Loved our time at the lake!

We enjoyed our visit to Norris very much! It was a wonderful vacation. The two things we did not understand about the condo prior to our trip: 1) You cannot see the boat slip assigned to this unit from the condo. The slips pictured are for other units. This would probably be a concern for some boat owners. But the area is very safe and the boat slip is still a short walk away. 2) This unit is great because you do not have stairs to climb to move all your stuff in. However, there is a unit above and below this one. The unit above us was an active crew while we visited and it sounded like elephants were walking around. Overall, the condo is very nice, well stocked, and so relaxing! The cove has a very fun atmosphere and of course, the lake is beautiful!
