About this property

Two minutes to the beach: Classic summer house on a nature plot

At the end of a private path, the house and annex are peacefully situated on a 2000 m2 nature plot. Denmark's most beautiful Baltic Sea beach is reached on foot via a short path in a few minutes. The house is located in the southern end of the holiday home area Marielyst, where you have the Bøtø forest and the seemingly endless beach almost all to yourself.
The house (50 m2) comprises a spacious brightly decorated living room with wood burning stove, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. The separately located Annex (20 m2) offers a large bedroom with two single beds and a small bathroom.
The house also has a large semi-covered west-facing terrace and an outdoor shower.
Cost of electricity, water and gas for the barbecue will be charged according to consumption on the spot.
The house is rented weekly from Sunday to Sunday. I or my local contact: Kjeld Hansen will personally receive you and explain everything to you (no queuing in the Welcome Center).

Ein wunderschönes Objekt in phantastischer Lage. Das Haus ist relativ klein, für eine Familie mit Kleinkind wie uns bestens geeignet. Die zweite kleine Hütte ist für große Kinder sicher perfekt. Die große Sonnenterasse, das große Waldgrundstück, wo uns morgens die Rehe begrüßten-ein kleines Paradies für unsere Tochter. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass auch die Kleine ihn gut schaffte. Der Strand ist für Kinder perfekt, nicht umsonst gilt er als der schönster Dänemarks. Das Grundstück liegt am südlichen Ende der Siedlung, gleich an einem Naturreservat. Supermärkte sind nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, mit dem Auto war es kein Problem.Dafür hat man ganz viel Strand für sich.Nis, der Vermieter, ist super freundlich, alles lief ganz unkompliziert. Wir können das Objekt nur wärmstens empfehlen, wir hatte einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier.

Sehr, sehr schönes Grundstück, nettes Haus und immer wieder Rehe die vorbeischauen. Kurzer Weg zum langen Strand. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen.

Ein wirklich entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben hier 10 Tage einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Das gemütliche Haus liegt ruhig und man braucht nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Man konnte von der Terrasse aus sogar Rehe beobachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, die Vermietung lief super und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles genau wie beschrieben

Von der Ankunft bis zur Anreise haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders das separate Haus für unsere 2 Jungs war ideal. Der wunderschöne Strand in 2 Minuten erreichbar und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles Notwendige und war sehr gemütlich. Für uns der perfekte Urlaub. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann das etwas kleine Doppelbett im Haupthaus.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus nah am Strand, mit allem, was man für eine entspannte Woche benötigt. Vor allem der Holzofen ist toll. Sehr ruhige Umgebung mit viel Natur. Die Vermietung lief auch super und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Idyllische Tage in Marielyst

Sehr schöne Umgebung! Zweckmässige, schöne Einrichtung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Nähe zum Meer ist wunderbar! Ein Ort zum entspannen und sich wohl zu fühlen! Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 5 Min. vom Haus entfernt, Busse fahren aber sehr wenige.

Onze zomervakantie in het voorseizoen.

Wij hebben een heerlijke rustige vakantie gehad in een mooi huisje. Onze gasten hebben met veel plezier 2 nachten gebruik gemaakt van het gasten verblijf. De gastheer hebben we niet gezien, maar via socaialmedia snel en goed te bereiken.

Wunderschönes Haus mit zauberhafter Umgebung

Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre und ist sehr gemütlich, es ist alles vorhanden. Ab und zu kommt auch ein Reh vorbei! Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der nahe Strand und das wunderschöne Naturschutzgebiet haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Erholung pur in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der große Naturgarten ließ uns sofort entspannen und lud zum Lesen ein oder dazu, einfach nur dem Rauschen der Bäume und dem Vogelzwitschern zuzuhören. Gelegentlich spazieren auch Rehe und Eichhörnchen vorbei. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wunderbar

Ein sehr gemütliches Haus, es gibt alles was man braucht. Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober da, der Strand ist 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt - super entspannt. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei ist 3,5 km entfernt (ein schöner Morgenspaziergang am Strand entlang). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, alles verlief absolut unkompliziert.

Tolles Haus, Top Lage

Waren für 1 Woche in dem Haus. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück hat waldcharakter, liegt eher ruhig, morgens waren Tiere wie Rehe und Eichhörnchen zu beobachten, schneller Zugang zum Strand. Kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Auszeit in Strandnähe

Wir haben hier eine schöne und gemütliche Woche mit zwei Kleinkindern verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und die Aussicht auf das Naturgründstück sehr schön. Dazu freundliche Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für die schöne Auszeit!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem schönen, natürlichen Grundstück und ist super gemütlich. Der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben besonders die Ruhe und gemütliche Abende am kleinen Ofen genossen. Aber auch Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad, bummeln durch Nykøbing oder eine Fahrt zu Møns Klimt lohnen sich sehr. Die Kommunikation lief sehr flüssig, freundlich und unkompliziert. Unserer Meinung nach uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Grundstück mit kleinem Häuschen in hervorragender Lage mit Besuch von Rehen, Eichhörnchen...Wir (über 70 Jahre alt) haben die Zeit genossen.

Super Lage und sehr gemütlich

Wir waren über Silvester in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus . Hier kann man die Ruhe in der Natur und die Gemütlichkeit im Wohnbereich am Kaminofen genießen und wirklich mal vom Alltag abschalten. Gabriele und Günter Ranglack
