Lush lawns and sparkling pools stretch out below you in this exceptional 3 bedroom condo at the Sonoran Sea Resort.

This especially spacious condo has a lot of great details

-Large patio with a full sofa, table, and chairs with foot stools. There is even a children's picnic table
-Large entertainment center
-King bed in the main bedroom. This private suite also includes a jacuzzi jet tub, double vanity, and large mirrored closet in the bathroom. There is a full sofa, and work desk as well.
-Large dining table for six
-Two more bedrooms with full-size beds, TV's and lots of storage.

The Resort and surroundings:

The Sonoran Sea is the classic Rocky Point getaway Resort. Full of amenities like Ramon's Restaurant, an ocean view gym, convenience store, outdoor activity center, BBQ, grilling area, playground, and tennis court!

Just outside the Resort gates are enough walkable places to check out that will let you stay near 'home' for your entire stay.

Relaxing Getaway

Resort is in a great location and has all the amenities for a fun beach vacation. Unit is spacious and has a large outdoor patio with great view.

We needed a place to land near New Orleans City Park while helping family move. This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. White noise machines were a nice touch in both bedrooms. Gladly made use of the full sized washer & dryer as moving can be a dusty & dirty endeavor. This shotgun is in a great neighborhood and we felt comfortable parking our U-Haul & small convoy in the street for an early departure. Would happily stay again.

Mind your Ps and Qs

We have always loved this location in the past, and we appreciate security, however being constantly monitored for rule breaking when you are there to relax and let off steam makes it far from relaxing. The threat of immediate eviction for one infraction makes for paranoid revelers. Just not fun anymore.

Todo iba de maravilla nos metimos a nuestro condo y era fabuloso, a la hora de estar ahí nos llaman para decirnos que nuestro condo tiene fallas de mantenimiento, y nos ofrecen otro condo, acepto el trato y cuando llegamos al condo no se parece en nada a la calidad del de había rentado, y lo peor durante toda nuestra estancia teníamos que ver cómo otra familia disfrutaba del condo que se suponía tenía problemas de mantenimiento, hablé a recepción para preguntar porque habían hecho eso y solo contestaron que no estaban enterados del tema.
