Wieder gut, aber Mängel

Hatten die Wohnung zum 2. Mal gebucht. Mittlerweile müssten die Matratzen mal ausgetauscht werden.Ausserdem sind die Platten auf dem Balkon locker,man wackelt hin und her. Ansonsten gute Wohnung.Unterer Wohnbereich super, oben nicht schön,aber ok. Die Toiletten müsste man auch mal tauschen. Ein weiterer Schlüssel wäre echt wichtig, weil man gezwungen ist abzusperren.Man kann also die Wohnung nur zusammen verlassen, oder muss auflassen.

Wohnbereich gemütlich,allgemein sauber.Stabile Stühle und Sofas. Schlafbereich karg mit einer 60er Jahre Schrankwand im Flur.Nicht schön.Das 3. Bett erinnert an ein Krankenbett, schrecklich. Bad gut u. das untere WC auch.Aber überall Urinstein. Preis-/Leistung aber super. Ein 2. Schlüsselbund wäre hilfreich,da man die Türe immer abschließen muss,blöd,wenn eine Person noch in der Wohnung schläft oder duscht, die kann im Notfall dann nicht raus weil eingesperrt. Uns hat die Wohnung aber gefallen.

Dit appartement is mooi gelegen en heeft mooi uitzicht. Het is een duplex, dus als je geen trap naar boven schuwt, heel ruime mooie kamers. Het enige minpunt is de slecht afgestelde tv (kleuren) en weinig glazen. Een thermoskan zou ook aangenaam zijn om te hebben. Verder genoten van de vakantie met super mooi weer

In general the apartment is very modern and clean and the location is very good you have everything you need around you . But it has no washing machine , which make it difficult for families with kids . The bed room mattress is uncomfortable (not even) which make sleeping very difficult and painful.I have informed the office about it , but they said it will take long time to change .

Na ja, hätte besser sein können.

Das Obergeschoss ist nur über eine steile, schmale Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Angabe fehlt in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung war zwar sauber, jedoch Kissen und Decken waren ... bzw. gelben Flecken unrein. In den Schlafzimmern sind alle Betten unterschiedlich, sieht sehr zusammen gewürfelt aus. Keine Nachttische oder -Lampen, nur Deckenbeleuchtung. Halb aufgebautes Schlafzimmer oben im Flur. In der Küche war die Dunstabzugshaube defekt u. das Geschirr passte auch nicht zusammen.

Schöne Wohnung für 2 Familien à 4 Personen

Alles in allem war die Wohnung schön. Vom Balkon aus kann man auf das Meer schauen und so auch mit kleineren Kindern den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Manches könnte zwar verbessert werden, z.B. Austausch von den Waschbeckenabläufen, die durch Zeit etwas rostig sind, aber trotzdem ihren Zweck erfüllen...Das fanden wir aber nicht schlimm... da es ja sauber war. Super war der Aufzug, den wir bis in den 5. Stock nutzen konnten... dadurch ein sehr bequemes Ein- und Ausziehen. Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
