The Water & Woods tiny home was fantastic. Super clean, comfortable. Layout was perfect. Has a loft with a bed, a bunk bed and a bedroom in the back. Great for a couple, a family or solo getaway. The property is picturesque and has a grill, deck and a fire pit. The host, Molly was friendly and sent detailed instructions that covered all of my needs. I would totally recommend this spot and I will stay here again.

This little house was absolutely perfect! It has such a beautiful and peaceful area to sit outside and have coffee in the morning. It was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need to prepare a meal, the host provided all the necessary and important information for a remarkable stay, and the check in and check out process was incredibly easy. Our first tiny home stay was great. Water and Woods is a sweet space and the owner has done a wonderful job stocking the house with everything you might need. Plenty of linens, cleaners, cooking supplies, condiments, bathing soaps, etc. The beds are comfy, A/C works well. Shower is great. Bathroom is roomy! Despite the small size, easy enuf to prepare a meal. The outside space has part of the deck covered, plus a dining table, couch, firepit, grill, swinging chairs and a swing which really add to the spread out a bit options. Enjoy your morning coffee with the birds, watch the stars at night. Perfect. Location is ideal for hiking in any of the nearby free state parks. Mountain Goat restaurant is excellent and Hwy 56 coffee/good food cafe in Altamont is too. We’d stay again!

This was such a fun place to stay. Perfect location for going to a concert at the Caverns and hiking on the Fiery Gizzard trail. The host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the deck and fire pit areas. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a very relaxing weekend. The extra amenities were much appreciated. The kitchen met all of our needs and the outdoor grill was a plus.
