Beautiful home in paradise!

Great place right on the water. But, like all places so close to nature and away from the resorts there are issues with amenities. Intermittent hot water, too many mosquitoes to open those big glass doors. Main air conditioner not working (bedroom ACs all worked). Not enough toilet paper. No microwave oven but otherwise well equipped kitchen. All that being said, I’d stay there again!

Escroquerie

Bonjour aucune personne pour notre arrivée les clés étaient sous le tapis d'entrée sans qu' on soit prevenu. Pas de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle, l annonce precise qu' il y a 4 chambres pour 8 couchages alors qu il n'y a seulement 3 chambres et 6 couchages, les tiroirs de la cuisine ne ferment pas et se décrochent, pas de balayette pour le nettoyage des toilettes, je suis parti le jour même les acheter. Et pour finir on me réclame 120 dollars pour une marque de stylos sur une couverture alors que aucun état des lieux a était effectué à notre arrivée et à notre sortie . J ai déjà effectué de nombreuses réservation via ABRITEL et c est bien la première fois que ca se passe mal. En espérant que vous prendrez en considération cet avis qui me déçois énormément . Bonjour Cédric, La portfolio d’arrivée est mise à votre disposition sur Vrbo. Les cartes, code et photos sont envoyer une semaine avant votre arrivée. Nous faisons une Check in sans contact pour préserver nos îliens de la possibilité de transmettre le Covid. C’est vraie nous ne faisons pas une “état de lieu”mais vous étiez là premier clients dans la maison. Tout est de neuf. Quel qu’un dans votre entourage, Vos enfants, peut être ont laissé une grande rayure noir sur une très belle tifaifai ( red and white Tahitian Quilts vu sur les lits en photo). Nous avons essayer de la retirée mais sans success et ont obliger d acheter une autre. On pense à la qualité de notre prestation et souhaite toujours que la villa est impeccable pour Les clients suivant., Nous fournissons les torchons en papier et prefer que la lave vaisselle est utiliser pour stériliser la vaisselle. Nous avons les équipe ménagère qui s’occupe de la reste. Les trois clients apres vous ont laisser 5 étoiles. Nous cherchons à fournir une villa de rêve à nos clients. C’est une très belle maison, équipée avec soins ou on peut passer des moments vraiment paisible et inoubliable.
