piscine tranquille et plaisante,ambiance agréable.
Appartement agréable mais chambre très petite qui aurait nécessité des étagères supplémentaires en hauteur pour la personne qui dort côté mur. Equipement satisfaisant. Côté rue,l'avenue est moyennement passagère mais la proximité relative d'une boite de nuit le long de la plage du grand travers semble attirer une population bruyante en voiture l'après-midi et en soirée,c'est dommage.Cependant,notre séjour a été plaisant avec l'accès à la piscine assez peu fréquentée.

Appt coquet, accueillant mais mal situé, boulevards de chaque côté...impossible de manger sur les 2 balcons ni ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit. Ouf, une climatisation aude pour la chaleur... Chambre et SDB un peu étroite. Ménage un peu léger dans tous les coins et sous les lits.

Logement propre, bien équipé, avec la clim, proche de la plage, les commerces et transport en commun. Piscines pour les grands et les petits. Place de parking privée, sécurisée et gratuite. Par contre, le réseau Bouygues ne marche pas bien dans l'immeuble. Le WiFi est payant.
